一进来前两个repeat跑快了，第一个和第二个放松点，别上来就拼命
还有recover的不够，recover结束时（就是下一个repeat开始之前）心跳最好降到140
以下。如果达不到就走呗，13分的recover也很正常。
不能fully recover的interval可以有，不过要到sharpening很后面才那么一两次。 |

volley)。
我的 recover 有三个，baseline 后，baseline 进一步，和service line 前一点。
这个东西不用谁说服谁，今天觉得有道理，到明天说不定没有道理了。我只是讲一些我
在教练课程中学到的东西。
占据主动，就是进baseline ，rally 就是baseline 附近，处于被动就是退出，远离
baseline。你进baseline了，理想的状态是对手退离 baseline 更远了。
在我自己的体会中，recover 进serve line 的很少，毕竟要跑这么多路，而且被穿越
，或被 lob的机会太多了，recover进serve line 才是赌博。
“如果你站在 no-man's land里面, 对方打出一个深球到你脚下, 你就真正的被动了”
那是技术档次的差别。
网球分技术和战术，如果对方技术高你两个层次，别打了，赶紧投降。如果差一个档次
，或接近，那会战术应用的绝对切不懂战术的。 |

我反复看这个视频，发现这个人游自由泳时候，不论任何时候始终有一个手臂在前面呈伸直状态。在其中一个手臂向前方伸直时候，另外的手臂就很舒展很自如的recover,直到手臂recover后，伸直的手臂才进行Pull这个动作。。而我现在做不到这点，前面伸直的手臂维持不了伸直状态太久就下沉，另外一个手臂没太舒展开就马上要recover。所以在游泳时候，我游的25米就效率不高，需要的30下，没效率。
