这些合理吗？当时看宣传材料上说是Free STD install，也不知道怎么就变成了Prm

不过又被charge了28刀的customer trouble，起因是我从amazon上买的modem不好用，

reconnection的加速理论，也没明白是怎么回事。
Drake就是reconnection的加速理论的大牛之一，有一个很有意思的东东。
所谓reconnection，就是磁力线瞬间发生了交换。你可以想象一个X型的东西，磁力线
本来是X型上半和下半，两边，这么两部分（当然，各自在无穷远闭合）。然后在这个X
的结点这个位置，上半变成两边，分别是X的一支。下半也一样。然后分别结合，变成
左半和右半了。这个叫reconnection，说的就是磁力线交换重新连接这么个过程。上半
和下半不断有无数的磁力线push in，然后reconnect，变成左半和右半出来。
在这个过程中会释放大量能量
但是怎么解释这个过程一直说不清楚，数字上不对。Drake就有一个很intuitive的说法
，说磁力线是个圆（magnetic bubble），你把丫压扁了，压的扁扁的，最后他就和边
上那个相邻的圆“reconnect”了。压扁之后那个椭圆尖端那部分，正好是那个X结构的
“上半”。然后bubble被压破了，就释放能量了。

之前多次询问AT&T.电话里ATT客服说,要取消Tmobile的service才行.之后和ATT online
客服chat了具体过程,有记录,要求先disconnect T-Mobile.
结果晚上disconnect Tmobile之后,麻烦来了. ATT说不需要disconnect了.
要保留号码,还得先reconnect T Mobile.看看原来号码是不是已经被占用了.
然后才有可能加入AT&T.call了,人家歇息了.
唉...号码要是没了,真的好麻烦啊...万一如此,有什么办法让补偿吗?
T moble reconnection 是不是还要收fee的?
有经验的达人给指点一下好吗?
