this resets the engin error.

有可能是sensor问题。最简单是到友善的车行用酒精擦擦， 而非到dealer 去大修。

本网络从来不断开，公司的网络每过个几分钟就断开，然后自动连上，接着VPN要
RECONNECT，OUTLOOK要重新SYNC，非常不稳定。公司笔记本上不做什么很大流量的工作
，就是开OUTLOOK,上网页，编辑OFFICE文档。请问，这是网络问题，还是公司电脑问题
？（我在公司的时候，不使用WIRELESS，但是偶尔使用的时候，发现网页经常自己
REFRESH闪啊闪的，好像网络不稳定的样子，所以我能不用就不用无线）。但在家里办
法，无法使用CABLE,只能是家里ROUTE设置的无线。 |

sprinkler system is made of PVC pipes. Just start from the most nearby
sprinkler and dig carefully around the pipes. Normally the leak happens at
interfaces.
Once you find the leak, you can buy new glue, new connectors/pipes to
reconnect. Super easy.

周五做了furnace maintenance and duct cleaning
两个分开做的，第一个半小时不到就做好了，检查+洗filter。
第二个迟到了，就一个白人小伙子，从1点半忙活到4点半，我还以为一个小时就可以搞
定的。。。
不知道和那些劳模的方式是否一样，这个用大管子连到furnace上，用机器吸，这个机
器大概很powerful，需要两个不连在一块儿的插座，否则容易跳闸。然后每个duct口子
都用东西盖上以防漏风，就那么吸，然后用电动毛刷子去每个口interupt一下结块的灰
尘，差不多就好了。我也不知道这小伙子为啥忙活这么久，他对房子里面duct的design
做了很多comment，有点罗嗦：-）不过人还不错。也给了一些有用的建议。。。
收费是15块一个duct口，air return一个是30块。另外给我的furnace maintenance打
了点折扣。好像本来是139，打到119.家里一共9个duct口，一个没算钱，另外
reconnect了一个什么大管子，一共花了300不到，应该差不多都这个价钱吧。

I have no experience with Nissan parts, Toyota and Honda are ok, well this
is typical Japanese style, they will rob you on spare parts, true with other
machinery as well, I guess your friend is out of luck.

.I never heard of insurance company asking for water heater inspection
record. Probably no homeowner can provide that kind of information. No
permit is required for replacing a water heater...It's as easy as

zmud5.55里找atdisconnect这个alias， 要没有就新建一个, commands里写:
#con
然后找atconnect，里面填上你要连线时所输入的命令
进zmud里的preferences---connection:
点上auto reconnect, 如果网速很慢可以把connect timeout选高点
如果不想别人看见你输入的密码，在其session的properties里character选项中
name: xxxx
password: ******
以后就可以用#char和#pw分别代表名字和password, 其password不会显示在屏幕和出现在
robot中，以后和别人分享机器时密码不会因疏忽而泄露
简单点的方法: 用提示输入密码的时候显示的文字做个trigger。 |

建立了linkedin profile，几天内无数recruiter找上门来，前同事在linkedin上
reconnect也邀请，于是只投了俩简历，俩都叫去interview，都秒给offer，两家hr
recruiter都在游说希望去。非常纠结啊，几个选择
1. 公司A， 较成熟正规，公司办公室很高级很fancy，楼下就是俩网球场，很知名，曾
经叫嚣go ipo，貌似现在缓下来了，谁知道能不能行呢，故stock option很可能也无任
何意义了。
2. 公司B，典型startup，公司整个就一仓库一样的，这个倒是不稀奇，见过不少较知
名的startup公司，都这样的。open space，大家坐一起，互相全公司人都能看到别人
的屏幕，老灌水估计是不行了，哇哈哈。离海边一mile，离我以前玩帆船玩kayak的地

密歇根有两头牛，一个叫gloeckler，一个叫fisk。前面一个搞数据，后面一个搞理论。都是院士。
gloeckler大概在04还是05年，发现太阳系质谱中普遍存在一个-1.5次方的一个幂函数。他称为universal law。在太阳风里有，高能粒子里也有，这也有那也有，就很兴奋，到处跟人吹牛。Fisk就是他的理论back up。
但是这个东西你要搞一个universal law出来还是很难的，所以一方面搞数据的证实了很多他这个law不那么universal的地方，另一方面也有很多理论说他这个东西可能只是一个表象，或者说要么是trivial的要么是凑的。
所以后来就成了Fisk和Gloeckler战斗全世界这么一个事。俩老头子气场很雄厚，就是不认输。当然他们最后也说不是那么universal，但是至少是locally universal，感觉根本就是意气之争了。
