排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？

Origin of the emblems
The red cross emblem is an inversion of the Swiss flag, which shows a
white cross on a red background. This recognises the historic connection
between Switzerland and the original Geneva Convention of 1864.
But while the red cross emblem has no intentional religious meaning, the
symbol reminded soldiers from the Ottoman Empire (modern-day Turkey) of
the crusaders of the Middle Ages and so in 1876 they began using a red
crescent instead. |
