Well, Uber had a lot of other issues in the past. But that Sexual Harassment
story was insanely timely. Especially after Trump getting elected I think
the tech media was lying low for a while and wanted a story.
1.) sexual harassment issue - bad
2.) CTO, called out CEO makes public statement/all hands, brings in
questionable task-force. All pretty bad.
3.) NYT article by Mike Issac, GreyBall etc out in the open. Always bad.
3.5) Uber blocks Blind. Just plain dumb.

以下各大项：
- Lender's underwriting charges
- Mortgage broker's processing fee
- Appraisal fee
- Title insurance - Lender's Policy
- Title service fee (escrow, etc.)
- Recoding fee
- Notary fee
- 还有其它一些乱七八糟的小费用
你要付的只是pro-rated interest，如果有escrow account的话，再加上预收的

的时候说最多5千以内，现在把具体的项目列出来大家帮忙看看：Origination charge:
2125. Appraisal + credit Report+flood Certification + tax service fee=652.
Title Services and lender's title insurance: 2358. Owner's title insurance:
1119. Recoding charges: 160, Transfer taxes: 341, Daily interest charges:
700. Hazzard insurance: 735完了最后有一项是 apr:4.375% 然后amount finance:
206039.50这个不大懂，apr和rate有什么区别，完了贷款是21万怎么这里是21万不到。
5年完了有个balloon payment, 这种贷款好象风险挺大。 |

百来刀的事， 你经纪会帮你包了。

1. Ideally， house will be vacant by that time. This is a big concern in
short sale case: close first or move out first?
2. The house status shall not be worse than when you offered.

一定要去3个信用局拿报告，因为有时候DEROGATORY PUBLIC RECORD OR COLLECTION
FILED只会出现在某个信用局的报告上。
有DEROGATORY PUBLIC RECORD OR COLLECTION FILED也别慌，下面是我的经历。
大概在15年6月左右我discover的FICO显示我分数一下从740以上掉到了640左右。显示
的原因是DEROGATORY PUBLIC RECORD OR COLLECTION FILED。于是我就去了这个众所周
知的地方 www.annualcreditreport.com
虽然免费但是这个对于地址更换频繁的人来说不一定好用。我最后仅从EXP拿到了报告
，其他2家不能verify地址。。。
下面是我从EXP报告中看到了
说我欠了ATT钱没有还，于是给我file了collection

playback, in these area, the 15R with i3 is seriously having trouble,
DM1Z handle these tasks much more smoothly. does these work use 6310
graphics chip? I don't know, but highly doubt about it, can graphics card
do video decoding work?
