我没看比赛，所以不好评论，但反对判罚的显然没有说到点子上。
越位的三个条件：
1.处于越位位置, 这个通常比较简单
2.the ball is last played or touched by a teammate
3.involve in play as any of below:

It can still belong to a correction wave, but the odds shifts
towards the scenario that it is the beginning of a down trend.
Also, considering the rebounding already met the 38.2% target,
