括各种情绪及思想活动，生理上对应以神经冲动，荷尔蒙分泌等等。这样看来“惊喜”
也只是烦恼的一种形式。学佛能让我们看到事物的本来面目，拓宽视角，调整
expection，和reality的矛盾消除了，也就没有烦恼了。
从另一个角度看，每一次“烦恼”是一次学习观察的机会，也是我们所经历的reality
的一部分，所以“烦恼”即菩提。当你心无bias的观照烦恼，学会appreciate烦恼，甚
至enjoy它的时候，它呈现出和所有事物一样的性质，无常的，很容易消失的。 |

对于ordinary people其实我觉得什么过去心不可得，现在心不可得，未来心不可得
不太适用的说。我们还是需要有些期望和目标的，学佛一样是个goal其实。
不攀缘就好。
另外，runsun今天对善恶的解释，我觉得一部分可以说明，并不是什么都是我见，
什么都是delusion的，去区分善心所和恶心所很重要。为什么八正道，一直都在
讲一个/正/字，可见有些东西我们是需要持有的。
或者你这么理解，佛说的reality和ordinary reality其实不太一样，而我们大部分
时间生活在ordinary reality里。 |

concept/explanation that involves both the observer and the outside world. I
understand that the Buddhism (the book "Joy of Living", for instance) tries
to explain that everything ends up at that mental level, and I agree with
that, but I don't see how this negates the existence of the outside world,
which triggers those mental activities.

看到一个老CMG在考场晕倒，我真是感同身受，付出很多，却变化戏剧，真是难过无语。
有几点感受提醒一下奋斗中的XDJM们：
1，Never give up in your life. 既然已经出发，就轻易不要停下。15分钟的晕厥可
能错过16-17题而已，不要放弃，继续考试，还是有机会搬回来。我有一个朋友，在考
试中不小心按错了键，结果还有18题没做完就提前终结了考试，成绩出来后却考了98，
Match进了一个名校的Radiology. 我在考CS时，考试中接到3次warning for irregular
behavior, 情绪受影响很多，也闪过当场放弃考试的念头。可是不甘心就这样放弃，
最后完成了CS考试。考下来成绩出来后有三个单项是high perfermance.人生的关键时
刻就是面临一次次的选择，既然已经选择上路就不要轻易选择放弃。

表现了一把我所认为的reality. 有恰到好处的感觉。
如果这个片子它想传达这种把世界统统拨开来让你看的意思，我想它做到了。
也许这也是为什末看多了就会觉得很沉重。很残酷。因为这就是导演的意图。
reality 很沉重。。
无暇科幻，这些形式表现的是被放在其它环境的故事，因为有了很有意思的
形式，我们说他们拍的好的时候可能就会基于不同的侧面，比如，历史背景了，
有趣的人物了，神奇，宏大的场面，。。。
至于艺术就是要夸张，也对也不对，我觉得好的艺术是充分传达作者的想法，
用什末样的形式，夸张与否，好像不是必需的吧。
夸张是人个体化的感觉，一件作品，这个人觉得夸张，那个人觉得一点不夸张，
这也很有可能。 |
