2007 ranking. Biostatistics programs are really doing well: 3 in top 5 and

however, under null hypothesis the test stat of signed rank has a variance
of n(n+1)(2n+1)/24, much bigger than the variance for sign procedure.
My question is, signed rank procedure utilize more information about
distribution (property of symmetry), why it is not more efficient? |

另外poonie并不像想象中那么弱，综合排名第十，只不过运气不好，前四周分别遭遇了
第一、第十六、第七、第二
差异最大的是chicagowind，他的的排名正数第四，power ranking倒数第四。主要是因
为前四周对手偏弱，分别是第十二、十四、十七、十三
Fiorentina的队伍最有特点，三项排正数第一（罚球、三分、失误），三项倒数第一（
投篮、篮板、盖帽）。看看他的阵容就明白了：囤积了一堆投手和后卫却只有一个中锋
最被低估的球队是monster，排名倒数第五，power ranking正数第五。这也和他的对手
有关系：前四周分别对第二、第三、第八、第六 |

51. Which is better? And in China, what do you hear? BU is a great school
and BC is a countryside school, right?
Back to this top 10 list, the only one school was not in my top 10 is Duke.

if you want to be #1, it is easy - just use so many adjectives and
constraints that make your school #1.
for instance, Univ of Maryland is the best public school in east coast (near

, top 20%, bottom 10%, bottom 20%.
老中不是最喜欢排名吗，这个也得排排，生命攸关。

这个luxury midsize suv,
RX350各项最高8.7， 总分8.7；
MKT各项最低7.9, 总分7.9.
楼主的compact suv排名里也有很多，
比如Subaru XV Crosstrek Hybrid, Jeep cherokee, outlander, outlander sport都
是总分 = 最低分。
根据网站上的说明，打分方法有六个指标，其中5个在网页上都有，第六个是award。难
道这个的award占了一大半权重？
所以这种排名也就随便看看。 |

发帖数: 39 | 45 楼主在美Midwest上班，小家庭，有一娃。现有一辆12年SUBARU Outback。 LD要在
300MILE远的地方读博5年。LD带小孩，选择开Outback。打算买第二辆车，我主开，打
算一两周一趟，基本都是highway, 来回600Miles，估计一年要2W迈。主要考虑Sedan (
Midsize)，打算五年后换车。
1. 主要需求：（1）长途开起来舒适的，特别是对背支撑比较好的；（2）
reliability & safety，（3）长途boring,如果驾驶感比较好，有娱乐性最好.
2. 油耗方面不是太差就行。现在的Outback highway 25 左右，觉得怎么也会比这
个好一些。
3. 预算最好在3万以内，还要买房。
4. 考虑过BMW 328xdrive, or Benz C class，但5年下来迈数太高，考虑
reliability, resale, 和maintenance 费用等因素，觉得目前还不是最佳选择。
5. 住在Indianapolis附近，冬季有两个月的时间还是会下雪，可能觉得AWD还是很
重要？
