、Rancho Bernardo和Carmel Valley等区。这些地区的房价基本没有受到这次金融危机
的冲击，跌幅很小，甚至没跌。学区又好，很适合华人购买。
对于投资性质的房子，他建议考虑银行回收屋较多的地区，比如Chula Vista、
Escondido、Oceanside和东郡（East County）等区，房价跌得很厉害。买来做出租房
，也许租金就可抵消每月的按揭还款。但因为这里很多房在出售，短期内价格不会回升
。想买来再转手的话，可能要等上好一段时间。

大多是中国人，第二多印度人，少许韩国人，这三个族群都是非常抗危机的。
到下一次经济危机的时候，rancho bernardo就是非常抗跌的区了。

High School passed away in his home. The cause of death is still unknown.
A memorial service will be held at Maranatha Chapel (10752 Coastwood Road in
4S Ranch) on this Saturday, Jan. 14, at 1pm for viewing and 2pm for service
. Please feel free to attend the service. Let us pray for the family &
friends in mourning and for the memorial service.

今年我的学生钢琴音乐会要在May 2012 在Piano Warehouse in San Marcos举办。新年
伊始，做一个钢琴课的招生。

ranch 的听说税很高，也不大算买。 现在在Rancho Peñasquitos, RANCHO
bernardo, 还有poway 这些地方找。
相比来说，前两个地方的区漂亮，但是价格也相对高。 poway 的房子要便宜好多。 我
们有意向在poway 买房子， 但是听说 poway 的居民不好 （white trash), 不知道是
不是真的， 我们的小孩将来上学会不会被欺负？ 请住在poway 或者对poway 有了解
的同胞说一说？

其实也看你级别,我认识一个朋友,前些年的时候还拿到Rancho Santa Fe的房子,也就VP
级别,不过人家技术真的很牛,为公司申请到了很多专利. 跟Matt Grob很熟. |

房子比Rancho Penasquitos 的新。
两个学区都不错。不如骆驼，但都是好学区。我个人觉得有上小学的小孩住4S Ranch
更好一些。因为有相同年龄段孩子的家庭很多。 |
