我是计划到当地租一个车子开，现在网上看到的价格最便宜的也要差不多$700一个月的
租金，请问有没有什么好的建议？或者租车公司？我对当地的交通也不了解。我的实习
周期是从6月到8月中下旬，现在在等CPT。实习的工资很少，也就1500左右一个月，税
前，希望能支撑我在当地的开销，现在在计划。

兩邊屬同一學區，Folsom的房子大半蓋在90年後，Rancho一半以上的房子有30年以上的
房齡，兩邊的房價比是接近46%的差比。有人認為Rancho不好，其實並不盡然，看你選
Rancho哪裡，Rancho有兩個zip code，各橫跨50，和Folsom一樣，50以東的房子都比較
貴，背靠American River那邊的比較不被看好。
你是要買房子，還是租房子？如果是買房子，考慮每日的通勤，除了Folosm，Rancho
Cordova 外，還可以考慮Rancho Murieta，或者是Mather。如果是租房子，直接就在
Rancho找吧，Folsom的租比買貴。 |

我想请问：
一，rancho bernardo，poway以及scripps ranch这三个区的学区到底哪个更好一些呢
？因为我看大家谈的很多的是说rancho bernardo high school挺好的，poway high
school也挺好的，但是我在redfin网站上查rancho bernardo92128这个区的房子大部分
是小学9分，中学8分，高中8分，而poway92064这个区的房子大部分是小学8分，中学8
分，高中9分，scripps ranch92131这个区的房子大部分都是小学9分，中学9分，高中9
分，我就比较困惑了，既然是这样，可是我看帖子里貌似大家没有特别提到过scripps
ranch这个区的学区好呢？那到底这三个区哪个学区要更好一点呢？
二，我查学校的人种分布，貌似scripps ranch的西班牙拉丁裔很多，甚至达到了85%以
上，那这是说明这个区的墨西哥人很多吗？

RANCHO PENASQUITOS — The Medical Examiner’s Office is investigating a
possible drowning after a man’s body was found submerged in an apartment
complex pool Thursday morning.
The 32-year-old man was found at the Rancho Villas Apartments on Rancho
Penasquitos Boulevard near Via del Sud about 8:20 a.m., the medical examiner
said. His name has not been released.
An autopsy will determine the cause of death.
