6 years ago. after trying the apple cider vinegar one week(two times a day,
after meal), I started feeling much better and then I didn't need to drink
on regular basis.
I did the allergy test two years ago and the specialist didn't recommend me
to use the shots. Even myself decided not to have shots, too many shots and
two many visits and it is not guaranteed to work either.

大概浏览了一下外国人在中国的论坛，里面关于约会relationship的版块基本都成了外
国男人们炫耀自己“战绩”排行榜，大家纷纷都在晒自己最近的“艳遇”，大概看了一
下，一个外国男人从18岁到81岁，不论身材如何，相貌如何，在中国待一两年，上几十
个中国女人基本是平均数如果有心的话，睡一两百国女都是很容易的事情，（这里指的
不是鸡），很多都是学生，白领，有素质有相貌的中国女人。而且一分钱不用付，很多
中国女人倒贴钱让老外上，并且带出去向别人炫耀，很长“面子“。

随着蓝光播放器价格持续下落，人气持续上涨，很多发行商又回到资料室，制作经典老
片和热门新片的最新修复版本和转录版本。今年有些礼品套装的价格可能看起来有点高
，但是考虑到里面收录的片子，整套的价格还算合理，特别是网上零售商还会大幅度打
折（下面标出的价格都是生产商的建议零售价；大多数情况下，能打7折到6折）。而且
，制作优良的蓝光光碟，比如索尼出品的《阿拉伯的劳伦斯》(Lawrence of Arabia)最
新版本，其音画质量是任何在线视频都无法比拟的，因为在线视频用的都是被强力压缩
的数码文件。
只是今年的应季精选似乎有点单薄，好像电影公司终于没有圣诞主题的电影可供再次发
行了。（我推荐一部被人遗忘的电影：约瑟夫·凯恩[Joseph Kane]1945年导演的《骗

Staples门口, 29边上有个意大利餐馆Rag***, Spagetti 加上
Apetizer每人大概最后17块左右吧. 很好吃.
Ruby's Tuesday (离学校最近的那个Kroger门口, 29边上)的牛排
也不错.
Downtown Athlete斜对门的那个印度饭馆据说不错, 不过上次
去的时候碰巧关门. 呵呵
墨西哥饭, Chili's 和 Chichi's 我还是分不太清, 记不得上次去
的是那个咯.

发帖数: 96 | 32 旧抹布山（Old Rag Mountain）是Shenandoah NP 的一部分, 在东北角。 从Richmond
出发，奔西北方2小时车程, 到达时约11点多。整个hiking trail大约８miles多,预计5
小时左右.入山途中看到一白人男已经返回，就问候说， 你已经完成一圈了？他说，没
有，鞋坏了。低头看他的鞋，差点乐喷。旅游鞋两个鞋底都掉了，这哥们用树藤兜底绑
在脚面上，一路走回来。看来这个 trail 比较费鞋。但问题是他怎么俩鞋底一起都掉
了呢？顺山道走了２个小时，快到山顶，开始变得陡峭，进入了岩石区。这一段比较费
力，有些地方要爬着或者两人协助攀登才能通过。攀爬时有时没有脚踏的地方，踩在岩
石夹缝中间，确实很伤鞋子，估计那哥们的鞋底就是被这些石缝夹掉的吧。还有一些很
狭窄的类似一线天的地方，人在这种窄仄的石间穿过，颇有趣味。 行进中,抬头还看到
一只大狗，被主人丢了，自己卧在一个孤立的大岩石上，精神倦怠。看同行的老美没有
人决定施与帮助，我也就没有发善心。不知所终。这段岩石区的攀登大约一个多小时。

As far as 住宿 is concerned, most trail does not offer good camping are in
SNP, you can try corbin cabine trail if you want to camp.
旅馆 or bed and break fast is plenty around, depending which trail you end
up going. If everything else is booked, you can always try Front Royal, they
have plenty of nice 旅馆 for you to stay one night. |

为什么么借北风，因为这次雨云来自西方，而北风干烈，所以北风压倒西风，是我炎黄
气象；而风雨南行，兄弟姐妹们就可以席地而坐，大快朵颐了。呵呵呵。一句话，风雨
不是问题，吃饭不是问题，但是凳子一定要带够，呵呵。
刚才有朋友问我搞HIKING不，最近要准备出去开会，野餐HIKING都参加不了。但是我可
以在网络上帮兄弟姐妹们一把手，自己就不一定去得了了。大家要么就继续跟着主任大
姐一个周一个周的吃下去，把肉肉先养起来， 呵呵
如果我下次搞HIKING， 估计是5月12或则26那个周末吧，去OLD RAG，分南北两路， 一
路爬石头，是给我DINGDING兄，KQ兄，猪头妹这些高手走的，一路平缓的，给JIAWA，
ANY这些老哥哥，还有带小孩推车的朋友们准备的，呵呵。如果有兴趣的兄弟，不论以

来路程就算比较远的了. |

如果old rag的话,饭只能在VA这边挑了,不然开回MD大家都会饿死了. |

old rag本身离MD很远，开车大概要1.5-2小时，而且trail很长，要>5个小时，我们一
般都是早上10-11点左右开始hiking,中午自己带点干粮，然后晚上大家聚餐。
你这个饭后散步的想法可能只能就近找个3-4mile左右的trail。 |
