不过那个太不正宗嘛,所以自然不该对食物本身产生偏见，也许只是我没吃到好吃的意
面而已~~ 刚来到这边，超市里的各式意面酱多到让人觉得这意面真是够简单呢~ 信心
满满的把面煮好，拌酱的时候就想像着吃到嘴里的美味，可结果出乎意料的难吃，lg安
慰我说意面就是这个样子的….. 虽然没有再用那个酱，可之后的意面还是一次次的难
吃，只当打发存货吧~~~ 直到看到小苹写的意面文章，才对意面有了更多了解，而且她
的描述比书上说的生动多了，那些照片更是吊足了人的馋瘾。另外那个韩剧pasta也是
我的意面启蒙呢嘿嘿~~ （我还是觉得这个比料理新人类好看）。
这个肉酱意面够传统够经典，不过有点复杂（其实只是耗时而已），所以之前我先按
书上的简单款打基础，按着食谱来就连最简单的大蒜橄榄油意面都非常好吃！ 记得第
一次做这款的结果，和小苹的照片相比我做的明显颜色浅，红色主要来自胡萝卜的颜色
，虽然味道还不错但觉得还是差多了~~ 今天第二次做这个，只是想用掉上次做pizza剩

1、是查一下窗户的密封好不好，有没有漏风,看看窗户有没有变形，窗框上的保温条是
否有损坏和老化，需要换的话自己动手换一下，没几个钱。
2、考虑窗户上挂厚一点的布或者绒的窗帘，也能起到挡风的作用。
3、不讲究美观的话，有一种window上贴的塑料布，整个把窗户罩住，可以保温，不过
实在是丑的没办法。。。
4、考虑一下卧室上面的阁楼里面保温层是不是不够？（注意别再把房顶踩漏了）
5、最后，如果这几个卧室在车库上面，那样可能是卧室下面从车库散热。没什么好办
法，地上加地毯或者area rag吧。
总而言是, 1、是furnace 功率或者设计问题，热风不足，考虑把不用的房间风口关小
一点；2、是找到热量损失的源头，可能是多方面的，综合堵源，总会有所改善地 |

嚎，要抱，什么都no，不吃饭，不好好睡觉，
快崩溃了。
就说昨天吧。
早饭吃了两口馒头，午饭看老师写的，little lunch。
从接了她开始，下雨，打伞，好，你要抓着伞把就抓着，上车总得放开吧?
人死活不放。我懒得跟她扯，就收了伞让她继续抓着，不干了。
嚎，一路嚎回家，20多分钟啊，不停的。
中间除了嚎，还爸爸，daddy，妈妈，又又的换花样。
我们老俩认定了这个是T2的前兆了，协商好了同仇敌忾，都不理她。
进了家门，继续嚎。
我们正好趁机做饭。
我还好心的给她做了鸡肉碎青红椒的Quesadilla（如图，真是好吃啊）。
然后看她平复点了，喂点水（喝了两口扔杯子），洗手，扛到highchair上面。
前后吃了一个半的Quesadilla，N口白米饭，其他什么都不吃了。
开始扔。
于是卸下来，拉去洗手洗脸。
带去mall。
继续折腾，一会要上stroller，一会要下，还自己爬。
最后拉去游乐场才高兴的蹦达了半个小时。
上车又开始打挺，死活不上，丢不起那个人，放了一会还不坐下来，只好武力制服。
一路嚎回家。
喝奶还好，完了不脱衣服，不洗澡。

加州一号公路本来流传着诸多美丽传说，不幸的是, 我们一进入Big Sur就遇到了浓得
化不开的大雾，还持续了漫长的两天，一切原本的美好俱为坑爹。
传说中的七彩城
Capitola, 在santa cruz的南面１０迈，以前多次扬长而过，浑然不知这里藏着个象积木
搭出来的童话世界。小镇上似乎每个行人都在赶往沙滩，到处听闻鸟语花香，欢声笑语
。走近了惊讶得发现家家门口堆着沙袋，原来涨潮时家里容易水漫金山。童话色彩缤纷
，生活从不完美。
传说中的百合谷
calla lily，中文名叫马蹄莲，是Big Sur最早盛开的野花。这片海边幽谷位于
Garrapata State Park, 曾被一些摄影师拍得惊心动魄。公园很大，好在从大师那里拿
到了精准的GPS点，我们直扑而去，可惜四月已是此季的尾声。不远处有个糖水风光男
扛着三角架，徘徊在凋零的花丛间，愁眉苦脸，却对边上努力开放的印第安画笔视而不
见。
