theory of poly vs synthetic:
1. If using poly, you have to make a full swing where the racket head speed
is
much faster. If a 12 oz racket hits a 2 oz ball hard, how much vibration/
impact the ball could transfer to the racket? Other the other hand, if you
could not make a full swing and the ball comes to you at 60 mph... good luck.
2. If using poly, you are more likely "brushing" the ball rather "hitting"

95 was the average size as early as mid 1990.
The real difference between old and new 老头拍 is that old ones are heavy
and head light; new ones are light and head heavy. Besides, 1990's 老头拍
can be even uglier than now. 95 sq in with 30" width, ouch...
The definition of "老头拍" is evolving, just like iphone's size.

against Asus in 2013. The grips might be 9+ years. I threw my racket a
couple of times that day at my serve:). Normally I do not play under the sun
. So it did not bother me much. But that day was hot and I sweat a lot. I
did buy new grip and restring after that. Now I do not have to worry about
throwing my racket on serve:) |

Nobody other than Federer/Laver etc who has iron wrist can use wrist
using heavy racket. It's natural to hold tight. It's a way to prevent
injury.
A lot of wsn can use wrist when using a 10 oz racket. Without using it
your ball is so lack of pace or spin.

“let the racket do the work"这是对的，"拍子胳膊身体强耦合为一体",根本打不出
力量，应该"let the racket go",这样你会发现不管是球的力量，旋转，方向都更好。
不知道你是不是打网球之前，打过很多乒乓球？我以前打过很多年的乒乓球，乒乓球就
是靠手腕，arm the ball，我过了很久才明白网球是完全不同的发力。
网球的动量相比乒乓球大得太多了，“拍子胳膊身体强耦合为一体”，碰到重球，你还
是会感受到球的重量对你胳膊的冲击，会有一种勉强应付的感觉。 相反，用racket会
更轻松。
timing的问题，我看到很多人（业余人士）打法是没有太多引拍后摆，就是没有画"C"

一般是自己第一次换的时候比较困难，厂家和修理店有时候手太狠。我有次帮一个朋友

We are going to take badminton practice every Tuesday from 5:00pm to 7:
00pm. The practice includes racket-hold style, serve, high-long shots, kill
shots, push shots, smash shots, drop shot,flick shot, footwork and so on. We
plan to practice each item every week. If you have time and like to take
this exercise to keep fit, please join us.

As you can see that you should extend the racket the same time you're
stepping forward.
You can't wait until you have finish the step then swing when you move to
the net.
You can see Chen Jin already extend the racket (not fully extended) as he is
stepping forward.
