Raceway and Casino获准加入Poker等游戏。

此前，虽然在DE已经合法化少数俱乐部形式的poker rooms，但是限制颇多，比如rake,
buy-in等等，形同儿戏。而正式赌场里面，广告做的最多，位置也最好的的Delaware
Park和Dover Downs反倒因为各种原因，要压后到6月份才能开业。
面对周围各州的星火燎原，AC显然还自我感觉良好，周末房间价格高昂，咱也没有兴趣
，走，上DE探路去。
一路杀向Harrington，车潮汹涌，不过多数都是去Ocean City度假的，慢慢的，车是越
来越少，小路两边是越来越荒凉的大片农场...和飞去灯火辉煌的LV或者疾驰到霓虹闪
烁的AC相比，这种感觉颇为怪异，不象是去打牌找乐子，倒象是going nowhere的没头
苍蝇。
Harrington是个标准的美国小镇，看上去不会超过几千常住居民，稀疏的几家旅馆，门
可罗雀的餐馆看起来就是这个 |

to see if anyone in bay area or LA area want to go together and try tracking
. I am a beginner with 7 track days by the way.
The cost is $99 per day through NCRC http://www.ncracing.org/events.php $10 more for non-memember. Brake and tire consumption is very low for first timers. There is driving school run group (no additional cost) for 9/15.

Thunderhill raceway today, still trying to find the right setting for the
track. As of now, it is not any faster than the 350z, lol.... hopefully this
changes by end of day. |

or Buttonwillow Raceway (3.5 hours), and avoid Laguna Seca Raceway and
Sonoma raceway as beginner. |

不买的飘过，一般不是open passing的组很难撞到别人。主要看你去的赛道runoff设计
的好不好，如果好的话，冲出赛道也不会太伤车。而且一般的hpde大都是80%，保持冷
静， 别头脑一热太push的话，伤车概率也不大。当然mechanical issue啥的就很难说
了，但感觉一般人都不买。

今年夏天，开了辆12万mile的老车旅行，一路都是加的RaceWay等的油（93号），最后
一次也是在RaceWay加的，结果走出去不到20mile，发动机开始剧烈震动，开到修车铺
一看，五缸中的一个缸不工作了，里面一个什么零件弯了，结果花了两千多才修好。
NTB的人说可能和油品差有关。网上也看到有人抱怨RaceWay，Murphy这些小品牌的质量
。请行家说说这种可能性大吗？我的车一直都按时保养，换mobile full synthetic的
油，timing belt去年也刚换过。 |

I spun on Laguna Seca once when I was on track for the first time, and it
was raining. I start to understand why smoothness is important :) Later, I
went off track a couple of times at both Thunderhill and Buttomwillow when
trying to push corner entry speed. Very good experiences, haha

发帖数: 227 | 16 恩，Pacific raceway很危险，除了直线几乎没有任何runoff，冲出赛道就直接是树，
或者是山，而且里面抓地力也不是很好，一下雨就很fishy。但Pacific raceway很简单
，所以适合新手，因为新手一般都很怕，不会冲出赛道。如果是intermediate，自己
练习时总有失手的时候，那 Pacific raceway就很不适合，因为90%的地方任何的错误
都会伤车. |

七月的又在Tavares那个了. 因为是orlando的一个club所以估计你来确实还是有点远

我感觉是rotor warp了，那个bimmerpost thread里讲的情况跟我的很相似。10天后
appointment，到时候看看dealer怎么说。真的是defect的话说实话我有意向卖车，说
实话现在更倾向于买二手miata或者s2000先练起。
我在portland international raceway, 出发那是140多刹到50-60，back straight
120左右到50-70。听说portland internation raceway是最适合新手的，难的弯只有一
个(instructor这么说)。

人全新手，之前只在ps3上on track过 ：）。
活动一共两天， 每天上下午各跑两场， 所以一共八场。 每场25分钟左右， 新手绿组
有教练指导。 教练很nice， 纠正了很多我的错误习惯。 第二天上午跑完了就直接说
我开的不错， 所以下午去和chief商量下午两场solo。 最后一场和黄组一起跑， 不断
让道给别人。 ~~~
总体感觉的确是driver education而不是racing， 所以尤其是手动挡的porsche bmw之
类的有必要去上课。最高速度开到120 mi+ ， 不过更重要的是过弯而不是纯速度。 |

这很正常，高压线地下都是在 metallic raceway 里的，变压器外面还有个大箱罩住，
辐射会减低好多。距离50尺外的话，很有可能就测不到了。 |

Model S是五六年前设计的老产品，那时电池技术并不成熟，发热也比较
厉害。今天的Model S，也还在用老电池组。就算是BBA，拿老电池组
来用，也会很头大。
今天这个时候，电池组发热和冷却，对电车来说已经不是大问题，对
Tesla来说也已经不是什么大问题。这是为什么我说他，半懂不懂还瞎扯。
