确实很热门，周日我们9：30AM左右到，此时fast pass return time已经是9：20至10
：20PM：
这个计时牌几乎是一分钟一变，工作人员不停地告诉排队的人群他们可能最后拿不到票
。等我们几分钟后快排到时，fast pass return time已经到了10：10至11：00PM：
这时还剩下的票已经非常少了，工作人员已经开始对排队的人统计他们各自需要的票数
。9：40AM左右，我们终于来到了发放fast pass的机器前，拿到了票，这应该属于最后
的十几张票，好惊险！
待我把这几张票放进钱包，fast pass distribution就已经结束了：
等我从fast pass distribution走到Radiator Springs Racers,那里stand-by的等待时
间是180分钟：

上个周末，9月16-17日，带5岁儿子参加了在明尼苏达州Duluth举行的北美最大的轮滑
比赛NorthShore Inline Marathon，赛前的三个目标全部达到：（1）卫冕5岁及以下组
50米的冠军；（2）破掉他去年创造的记录；（3）滑完半程马拉松（13.1mile，约合21
公里）。

't know how to ride a road bike yet. you need to find some real roadie
rides and observe how a roadie pedals the bike. it's hard in the beginning
because the motion is counter-intuitive and feels very awkward, but it won't

. I can average 23.8-24mph for about 30 min on a TT bike on a relatively
flat but not-so smooth road with about 12mph cross wind and 100F, and I am
in the mid pack among the CAT 5 racers.
his riding position would slow him down perhaps 2mph compared with a TT
position. but, the upright position can also increase his power output for
about 0.5mph. the smooth, flat surface and perfectly still air would allow

just a thought, I know you don't have a lot of time and all, but I think you
might enjoy another type of racing: mountain centuries! and your light bike
is totally up to it. I know in North Carolina, these events are actually a
big stage for cat2 and cat3 racers. that's where you will see most of the
committed racers from the entire state (other states too)

about this new girl joining our ride being a MTB racer. although not really
strong, her handling skills are immediately noticeable, steady riding, fast

recreational rider和racer之间差别很大，基本上大家生活在不同的平行宇宙里面。
racer里面，cat4/5和cat3，cat3和cat1/2，cat1/2和pro，之间，又有天壤之别。
普通rec rider和pro之间，那是差了好几个宇宙。所以LA dope什么的，除了是灌水骂
娘的好题材，基本上跟咱们的现实没什么关系。 |

牛顿
gravity/motion performance trainer 9.1oz
最新出的，号称前脚后脚都有用牛三定律， 看了看后脚跟
以前系列没啥区别，穿着也没啥明显区别.
Distance/Distance S light weight performance trainer 7.8oz
前掌和gravity几乎一样， 似乎那个气囊稍微薄一些， 穿起来
最容易适应， 前脚掌不是特别突兀, 后跟和gravity区别不大.
MV2 flat racer 5.8oz
前掌的气囊和Sir Isaac差不多的样子， 可能比较硬， 穿起来
有点隔脚.
又试了几双其他鞋：
Asics Lyte33
据说是Ryan Hall的新宠， 比较失望， 脚弓那里有点support的感觉,
前掌似乎cushion不多...
Asics Hyperspeed 5
好像跟HS4差不多的感觉， 挺舒服的， 不晓得前掌会不会更耐磨一些..
New Balance MR1600/MR1400

support的， 代表就是VFF这种， 只有个最基本的保护， 没有
任何cushion....
但是racing flats/newton等等heel to toe drop小, 而且轻薄的鞋，
是有neutral/stability两个版本的....
racing flats里面bandito/DS racer/brooks racer st/fastwitch
都是stability的鞋, 不少triathletes在穿， 不过这几双鞋或许不能
算mimimalist...
牛顿可能很多人也觉得不是minimalist, 只不过heel to toe drop
小而已....

OK, 关于 云Racer，
做工精致，与牛顿是完全不同的鞋，感觉比牛顿Racer还略轻，鞋跟更低，鞋底明显比
牛顿柔软，用的肌肉群不太一样，更加要求你前脚掌着地。
跑姿会受鞋的影响，穿云鞋跑步幅比牛顿大，可能是后蹬弹性更足产生更高的后摆。
更适合公路等硬质地面跑 - 这些硬地都变得如同塑胶跑道一样柔软富有弹性，云鞋使
你脚底仿佛加了几个豹爪肉垫子，抓地性很好，在公路上高速跑有穿钉鞋的感觉。
3次跑试了2种不同的袜子，一次光脚，厚袜子太热，薄袜子15mile后脚底起皱不舒服，
光脚的感觉最好。但是云鞋底比牛顿薄且软，不知光脚全程是否会打泡。
在湿滑抛光路面也比牛顿强太多了，一点也不打滑。
最大弱点Secret Weapon: May self-destruct after 222 km？只有222公里(约138Mile
)的寿命？（难道是依祯开的玩笑？），故只能用于比赛。
第二弱点，白色太爱脏 - 我的观点跑鞋最好不洗，不过如果只能用4~5个马拉松距离，
那也就不是问题了。

发帖数: 833 | 20 今天我的wave rider突破了1500迈大关，估计大限快至，又看到这些年里程突破了5千迈
大关，这两双wave rider贡献了3/5的里程，功劳显著。
这里没列出的还有元老级的nimbus，也是1千迈后退隐了。
虎跑尽管也有1千迈高龄，虽然束之高阁，但比赛之日，唯此堪负重任。
Lunar Racer生不逢时，太小太瘦，珍藏多年，马上就要远嫁他方。
HS4跟五趾鞋娇生惯养，不能涉水，不过毕竟年富力强，明年将成为训练主力。
当然不要忘记刚刚开始跑步时所穿的锐步，记得只有2-30刀，其实完全不是所谓跑鞋，
但依旧承担了减肥之处将近500迈的里程。

著名，150，170，220朝上的鞋，跳水价能跳到用了GC小于40刀，这可能是唯一一次40
刀下肚机会，还有啥犹豫的！我担心的是鞋底太厚，太软，跑着和踩棉花一样。不过是
RW，不行就退了。看review说newton鞋比较窄和小，我大了半号试试。这鞋，老实说，
我心里一点没底。
然后，看到变叔说的Asics Fuji Racer，和HS5一样的鞋底，我一下就有好感了。5-
6drop也像HS5一样，当时腿痛的时候HS5真是救命啊。我跳一双fuji racer。64.88
Mizuno Wave Evo Levitas 犹豫半天，觉得先算了吧，先把宇宙鞋穿习惯再说。

跑跑track肯定不错，但是10K或以上的柏油路，脚好疼。
那种有松紧的鞋带，看起来不错，穿鞋奇快，上长距离的话别太紧，脚发麻。
feature的socks，有点厚，跑着跑着有hot spot。
这天跑步给多喝水，我6mile就撞墙了。
说说今天的tri
到那才发现，大家都有大的gym bag，就我是几个超市的塑料袋，头一回，装没看见。
下水了，发现一个问题，大家都跟我说下水再释放，我们组下水立即就出发。一边游泳
一边释放是技术活，我没练过，不会，害我一路再冥思苦想，释放的原理。
T1第一件事是找厕所，浪费2分钟。
游泳被人超死了，骑车想赶赶，结果发现，大家的车咋都那么花哨，为啥轮子是那样的。
又想起来我忘打气了，结果是被超的多，我超的都是老弱病残孕。
哈个腰，一个多小时，腰酸死了，下坡还差点摔了一跤，
不会骑车喝水，但渴的不行，幸亏大牛让我带了水，歪歪扭扭的喝了2次，我恨骑车。
总算到了T2，我也没有bike shoes，放下车就跑，我的T2居然是top 10%的

哪个跟好呢 ？ 更容易出成绩 ？
我感觉asics racer更轻一些，但是否适合跑全马 ？ 上下坡是否有足够的cushion ?

赛的有穿着racer服的hard core racer，也有穿着“便装”的老太太。对于大多数人，
比赛没有所谓的输赢，都是自己跟自己比，非常有助于锻炼提高滑雪水平。喜欢的话还
可以参加race team。
大家去体验一下肩膀撞杆而过的感觉吧，不过要准备好肩膀撞得好疼啊:-) |

老）就是周末送孩子学中文时候聚在一起踢球，后来老张Sam组织了华夏队，这个华夏
队当时也是非常庞大，就又分解成EA(Eagles)和HU (Hunter)，HI (Hillsboro)，还有
GJ的NJ Star。
后来加上PH(PharmIT)， WW(Wild Wolves), RA(Racers，from University of Rutgers
)和SU(Sunfire)先搞成了每年春秋两季的华夏联赛，一共7个队伍： EA(Eagles)，SU(
Sunfire)，PH(PharmIT)，HU (Hunter)，HI (Hillsboro)，WW(Wild Wolves)和RA(
Racers），只要不下雨，每个周末在美东超市后面的中文学校两块“菜地”进行循环赛
，每两个队伍之间要碰两次，也就是说每个队伍踢12场比赛，春季的从天暖后就开始（
差不多4月份）一直踢到6月份，秋季从劳动节后开始一直踢到差不多感恩节。这样的联

1. Swim (updated with picture 15th floor):
Forgot to bring goggles. Only found out when setting up on the race day
morning. Panicked a bit. Borrowed a pair from a fellow racer. The
goggles strap was actually broken and it doesn't fit my face.
When I got into the water, borrowed goggles turned out to be leaking badly.
So I decided to take it off. My own goggles have correction and I don't use

MT110, Books trailblade, Montrail rogue racer, Salomon crossmax..
only MT110 left, returned all the others(only tried on clean paper at home)..
I will try Asics fuji racer later when the price is good...Thanks in advance

any recommendation..
In my opinion, VFF is the best shoe for improving running form, Newton
is not natural..
