（除了Omni8是Saucony，其它都是Brooks, 也都退役了）
第3排：Bandito-DS racer8-Hyperspeed4-Speedstar5-Speedstar4 (现役，全是ASICS）
第4排：Mizuno Wave Spikeless （唯一一双Mizuno， 纯打酱油露个脸）

是俺一年多前开始减肥跑步， 穿着一双吱吱叫的Nike Air Max跑了仨月以后，
正式开始半严肃跑步的启蒙鞋：
Kayano 14是俺在Nordstrom Racks买的第一双打折后80来块的跑鞋,

发帖数: 4921 | 3 太低了我吃不消。12毫米是跟其他普通跑鞋一样的，但我们的尺寸重量是小于7oz，跟
hs4差不多重，而且巨皮实，我觉得我穿1000迈没问题。我只穿过hs，没穿过别的racer
，比较难比较了。 |

早上起来体重少了.6 lb 还不错
因为前天半夜吃了半个dallas fillet 4oz..
昨天中午吃了8oz prime rib + cheesecake factory的Tiramisu 好象没有传说中那么
好吃 晚上又吃了半碗面条。。 |

今天和以前的导师聊天，他年轻时就是滑competitive mogul的，说很伤半月板，现在

Even on a clear day, Shasta can be nice soft snow in one day and foot long clear rime ice mine the other, on the upper mountain. I bet it would be more addictive than Baldy (except for the less convenience). Shasta in weather is just too formidable to climb safely for probably anyone.
The climbing rangers are great. Dan Towner was the record speed holder of Mt Rainier. And he finished 6 round trips of Shasta in one day (from horse camp). Eric White was an alpine ski racer for |

发帖数: 367 | 22 Got a colleague who ran 11 miles each way to work almost everyday. And we
asked him how long it takes him to get to work. He was quite embarassed and
told us that since he has to carry his heavy backpack (all the lockers in
the men's locker room are already taken) and there were so many traffic
lights, it almost takes him 1:20 each way.
But he is an adventure racer, the kind that runs John Muir trail in less
than 5 days. |

mountains in WA because they are not challenging enough. So far he has only
done Glacier Peak (in one day, because to him, it is not a climb, just a hike
.)
He climbed Denali this year with only one other friend, summit in less than
10 days (I was able to catch him online and had him fix some bugs on the
10th day--so he was definitely off the mountain by the time)
And all in all--this guy is a vegetarian! No meat at all, even o |

running?
My hubby and I used it for 16M and 11M training respectively, and neither of
us had problem with it. Actually I got less blister comparing to wearing
2140.
