进一步说，为什么美国不能像在亚洲输出资本主义一样，也在海地搞一个美式资本主义
试验田，把海地变成台湾啊南朝鲜啊新加坡一样的小蛇呢？难道这样对美国不是很有好
处吗？不是可以为中国的诸多带路党提供铁一样的证据，证明美式民主就是放之四海皆

反过来说，如果海地现在的确就是一人一票的西方民主制度，怎么海地灾后重建就搞成

力为中介的。 但生产力需要市场来消化，而劳工的收入被压缩，消费能力降低，资本
扩张不能产生利润。 为了达到这目的，里根用了透支未来的手段，鼓励借贷，使未来
几代人的消费能力都被透支。
大部分人看到的只是表象，什么吃福利啦，政府效率不高啦。效率和公平从来是相对立
的。 诚然，资本主义制度和社会达尔文主义是鼓励效率优先的，而政府最大的功能是
保证这个社会的公平和稳定。当贫富差距到了社会分裂的地步，就要优先解决公平问题
而不是效率问题。
现在社会财富的产能不是不足，而是过剩，只要有市场，保证利润，资本会象飞蛾扑火

价值也主要不是什么算的快.
你知道算平方根吧? Quake游戏的一个工程师搞了个算法,算游戏图形生成.
就几行程序而已.但是超过所有文章里面的.
后来一个数学家按同样思路根据理论弄了一个,
但测出来效率不知道为啥只是接近而已.
不是那么EASY的，为什么黎曼死后30年，才有人算出15个零点？
码工顶多能改改程序的算法，原理性的公式能搞出来么。 |

yesterday evening. It is about the 1976 earthquake, its aftermath, and
effects on one family. 240,000 people were killed in that quake. It is a
film that I would highly recommend. If made here, I believe it would have
earned Oscars. It really puts a human face on disasters such as this in
countries beyond our borders. |

If they could get the data, did they do similar analysis for the area
weeks ago and check if any points could be identified?
If points can be found for weeks ago in that area, it means that area
is seismic area. |
