发帖数: 25 | 3 也刚刚用TURBOTAX算过ESPP SALE 的税, 作了很多RESEARCH才搞清楚。
ESPP股票卖掉后，要交税的有两部分-Compensation Income and Capital gain. If
your espp shares are sold 21 months after purchase, these are qualifying
disposition (QDIS); o.w. they are disqualifying dispostion (DQDIS).
Compensation income for DQDIS is already included in your W2 by MS.
Compensation income for QDIS is NOT included in your W2. So you need to add
it into your income. Turbotax can get all (compensation income and capital

失至少是billions以上，做空一个大经济体真像你说那么容易人人都来了。qdii加不明
热钱比以前任何时候都多，但是想到做空到崩盘那就想都不要想。那些外资到中股大多
数不是被社保大鳄杀得妈妈是谁都不知道。那些什么基金就会抱怨gs和qdi，也不看真
真的大鳄是谁。中投到国外就只有送钱的本事，但国外投资到国内做多赚的不少，做空
成功的例子还没有听过。
中国问题是转型，任何经济体都是曲线。泡沫和被挤，调整是好事，不要动不到就崩盘

发帖数: 172 | 7 qualified disposition也在w2里，QDIS。事实上，你卖掉ESPP后的paycheck stub就有
显示。
qualified disposition的ordinary income和disqualified的不一样。它是enrollment
date的FMV的15%，不是你拿到的15%。前者比后者高，如果那天的FMV比purchase date
的FMV高。 |

novel but it seems like #4 approach might have more chance of getting
adopted by the industry ?
For companies who would like to port their current synchronous design to
Async for analysis, can the current Async EDA tools do that readily at the
RTL level and still achieve 3x power and performance gain ?
If so, man that would be huge.
