（１）我听说QA 有AUTOMATION QA ， 可是目前我在一个小公司， QA TEAM 刚成立不
久， 感觉AUTOMATION 方面不怎么样， 也就是用PERL 写写CODE， 能做一些简单的
AUTOMATION， 比如， SUBMIT JOB， COMPARE RESULTS， 感觉应该有很多其他TOOL 可
以用，不知其他QA 都用什么TOOL？
（２）没有受过关于QA 的任何培训（小公司）， 不知从哪里可以找到QA 培训的材料
， 课程， 可以学习一下。
（３） 关于QA 的CAEER PATH。怎样才能增加自己的VALUE， 使自己不容易别人代替？
（我觉得目前盼的活儿别人很容易就能取代我： 就是COLLECT TEST CASE， RUN

电面。Position是QA SW Engineer，电面的人是Director of QA。这个应该怎么准备呢？
说实话没想过会有这个电面的，因为在学校实验室哪有做过很正规的QA方面的事情呢？
（当然了，如果把平时写code自己debug (blackbox test, whitebox test)啥的也算的
QA的话那也算沾了点边））

就想问一下QA的一般待遇，接下来又快要找工作了。第一个工作因为是转行，根本就没
有考虑这个问题。所以给多少就拿了多少。
近来收到猎头的信，一般职位开的工资都比俺现在的高20多刀每小时，对于contractor
的位置，$65+/hr。这折合年薪大概120k。
但是打电话给猎头，猎头说QA的工资都是90k左右，很少到100k。是这样吗?
我知道full time的工资换成时薪会比contractor的低些，但至于这么多吗?
俺是偏硬件的QA。
另外问一下，QA和engineer in test的具体区别是什么，我怎么不觉得有什么区别。 |

烦透了他，而你在他眼里是你们组唯一的捏得动的软柿子。你应该采取非暴力不合作态
度，让他知道在你这里讨不到便宜，他就知难而退了。
领导要你写文档，你写完了以后应该立刻抄送全组，说你应了领导的英明建议写了关于
API的文档，便于QA以及其他的用户理解，请大家帮忙散发多提意见诸如此类。不要只
给他一个人，不要给他留下借口说你们沟通不好。
要你帮着写测试程序？对不起，你虽然非常乐意帮忙，但是现在有更高优先级的虫子需
要修、更要紧的项目要做。如果他真的需要你帮助，请和你上司商量这个优先级的问题
，让你上司决定你是先完成自己的本职工作还是帮着QA写测试程序。抄送你老板。
他要报告bug？既然横竖都归你debug，你就说既然他认为有bug就报告吧——其实这对
你也是好事，你帮他debug了半天，但他没报告成那个bug，你也就没修成bug，到头来
还被他反咬，在老板眼里反倒不那么好看。让他报告bug，然后你花半天做一个长长的
bug分析，最后把bug还给他，宣布是他的测试程序有bug才导致结果不正确。记着把你

工资同级别的QA肯定比developer要少，但是如果不差钱或者不靠工资过活的话我会选

话说QA这个工种要真做的好的也不多，都是被阿三坏了名声，搞的现在大家看到QA就不
屑。其实那些新毕业的技术没那么强的有机会的话做做QA也是个选择，钱一分不少，绿
卡也办，实在不行以后再跳就是了，先保住身份再说吧，结果好多人眼高手低，试都不
试，真不知道说什么好。 |

发帖数: 1679 | 42 上次看了个职位的介绍，从架构师到最下面测试，测试里细分为SDET/STE/QA。
SDET一般不管产品本身，侧重于framework的设计和开发，语言可以是C++/Java /C#/
python/perl/ruby等。有时候还要写一些tools （这里又和tools team有重合，介绍里
没说所有我也没搞清楚）
STE 注重产品的分析和各种细节，侧重于自动测试，侧重写test case。至少需要会
scripting language,比如python, perl ruby。有时候也要求会点C++/JAVA/C#等。也
会做一些手动测试，但是不多。
QA基本手动，属于按着文件上写的一步步手动实现，最多要求会运行别人写好的东西，
比如运行一行命令去执行一下。技术含金量不怎么高，但是如果经验很足对产品本身有
足够的了解的话也是很重要的一个环节。
你们那女阿三都是做手动的话估计就是QA吧，现在各个公司title给的乱七八糟的，所
以大家分不清楚。 |
