grads已经close了。
简单说说情况吧，eBay最近发展还可以，虽然和FLAG以及其他有潜力的startup不能比
，但是目前用的技术还算可以，我们大组算是做Buyer相关的业务，涉及到前台页面
nodejs，中间层的restful web service和后台数据交互，有传统oracle db，也有
nosql。
测试岗位，基本类似上面的业务，做相关的automation。
开发模式是全部Agile，incremental development。

support搞不好就会变成developer和customer之间的传话工具
做QA的话最好做automation那种，要编程和会用很多tools的，只写test case和
manually test那种也很容易就被取代了

足足呆了8年才刚拿到绿卡。
而且QA这职位，
很多大公司都只找contract，employee的比较少。
小公司，完全就是顺带的，都没固定职位。。。
建议转行做developer，埋头苦干1，2年，
进入core层面之后，100%给你办绿卡。 |

你还不如自己圈养几个培训后，再卖出去。
