(a) The "tablet" in the WSJ title is a pun. A tablet can also be a pill, as
medicine that is hard to swallow (due to its bitter taste).
(b) The last sentence has an idiom "putting the apple cart before the horse"
which means wrong order as a horse should be placed BEFORE a cart |

conviction that 270 is a major support level - that way he hope he won't
lose everything. or 2) strong resistance at 300 level. If both are true
then it's a better option (pun intended) than the 280 call.
Personally, nothing infuriate me more that being right on a) direction and b
) timing yet still lose money on options simply b/c c) magnitude of the move

1. Too many candidates from one particular country. When diversity is not
kept people don’t integrate, communicate between their culture only, bring
all their relatives, hire only from their country, nothing good. No any
country should get more than 10% of H1B or GC.

放不开。每月排期都卡着，和奥本提家庭剩余名额是在点他让他把排期速度放开了。结
果大家也看到了吧。
以上做的主要是要保证第二点。2009财政年我们7%都没有达到，那个时候（不好意思，
p838您那时在炒股票。您当时亲口说的"i'm too busy"，没空帮NIU。）很多事情很不
明朗，当时的首要任务是保证小于7%的事情不再发生。
