mean to relieve patient's symptoms. Some need to treat the causes, not to
lower the pulmonary pressure. It should be individualized. The medications
on the market for pulmonary hypertension is based on studies in
primary pulmonary hypertension patients, not the secondary pulmonary
hypertension.

as far as idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis goes, it's a very rare disorder
, and it's basically a diagnosis by exclusion, the patient would need to
have a bronchioaveolar lavage and transbronchial biopsy to prove there is no
vasculitis or that sort, bascially the patient has alveolar hemorrhage that
could eventually lead to pulmonary fibrosis, the lavage would show
hemosiderin ladden macrophages, so patient often became iron deficient later
on, the cause for mortality would be acute bleed or |

Pulmonary Hemosiderosis)。 她的病虽然目前没有
生命危险，但是长期会诱发肺炎，心力衰竭等， 后果非常严重。国内主要采取激素治
疗(我所知道的用药有宁强的松，硫唑嘌呤，
普米克令舒 等等)，对我侄女的疗效不是十分明显， 而且副作用太大，我侄女已经被
激素弄得胖得不成样子了。 她才十岁就被迫
休学在家，一边忍受病痛一边自学。她父母想了解美国这边是不是有更好的办法，是否
可以根治这种病。 我现在在尽最大的努力
查找资料，咨询，但苦于不是医学专业，进展较慢。 如果有谁做这方面的研究，或者

主要问题：
1 美国是否有比激素治疗更好的办法？用药，疗程的具体情况？
2 Madison 附近或者美国其它地方有没有专门诊所？ (据我所知这种病较少见，不知是

一样一切都好，从6周起开始咳嗽，没吃药一直在扛，7周多开始呼吸困难，去local
walking clinic被告知可能是过敏引起的哮喘，开了inhaler，用了两天不起作用。再
两天后终于和ob的护士说上话，被要求去ER，这时已经伴有左肋骨疼痛，ER一个经验很
丰富的医生立马判断是blood clot，当晚所做的chest x-ray和肺部VQ scan确诊了我的
两个肺都有blood clot，左肋骨疼痛大概5天后消失，同时我每天用luvonox （blood
thinner)两次。
1个月后突然我的右肋骨开始疼，我又去了ER，再次做了chest x-ray和肺部VQ scan，
结果发现两肺的blood clot几乎没变，医生们只知道和我说再等几个月，却解释不了为
什么右肋骨突然会疼。
请版上牛人看看我的情况，给点建议，此外我在纽约周围，请推荐pulmonary embolism
方面的专家，先谢过了！ |

以要定期复查。开胸手术修复瓣膜或许是需要的。一般认为儿童有轻度pulmonary
valve stenosis是不影响生活的。

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

FDA 对它的安全性有疑问。
我感觉fda 态度还可以，而且这个是phase 1 trial 中出现的问题，placebo control
中也有，感觉不会太严重。
不过panel 结论不好预测，risk 挺大的。

not sure it is the same as spiral CT.
Even though doctor told me it is not serious but she still put me on lovenox
for one week and coumadin for 3 months.
At the beginning I thought the blood clot is in vein but report shows it is
in artery. Which is more serious, in vein or in artery? How important is the
right lower lobe pulmonary artery?
One more piece of info from the report:

quite long. it cannot be explained by post-stenosis changes.
the next step should be evaluation of pulmonary artery pressure or pulmonary
wedge pressure. if the pressure isn't too high, the surgery will be simple.

surgeons and came here to answer your question. ok, the last sentence was a
joke. i have good knowledge on hemodynamics but don't have experience on
such surgical cases.
2. i don't think there is a way she can be 治好. but, if the burden on her
right ventricle is reduced, she should be able to have a better cardiac
function, a better quality of life and likely a longer life. the most

Besides, This patient w/ primary pulmonary hypertension undergoes lung transplant to improve the perfusion, which has nothing to do with her pulmonary function itself.
