otherwise, how can people judge, just by feeling?
even just comparing OPS
Pujols has a career OPS 1.057,and a interleague career OPS 1.099 in 545 PA
Bonds has a career OPS 1.051, and a interleague career OPS 1.153 in 631 PA
they both have slightly better OPS against AL pitchers in meaningful PA
counts
Arod has a career OPS 0.967, and a interleague career OPS 0.932 in 946 PA
he does not seem to do better against NL pathetic pitchers |

Like someone had said earlier in this thread, longevity is very important in
baseball too. Pujols still has a long way to go to be considered/compared
with big boys yet. |

than Halladay. He is one of the best 1B together with Fielder and Votto,
assuming Pujols is not available.

Ortiz那个可有可无的DH，如果把1B/DH也算上的话，Thome的数据只会比他好。
说起来，我觉得只有Pujols, ARod, Bonds，Ichiro和Rivera是绝对的人选。其他的都有

以前说one of the best,从这个赛季开始基本是公认的，媒体都是这么说，有很大原因
就是arod服药爆出来加上受伤，ortiz彻底不行了，加上ryan howard,pinrce fielder
都没有average，防守很一般。我感觉mlb就是这么定调的，好搞媒体炒作。
很难说，他的年龄一直被质疑，而且谁知道他吃过药没有。 |
