但是看他们说明，这个jpg格式不到万不得已，不要使用
连PDF格式都比这个强
我不是很理解，如果我把图片放word里，然后存成PDF
是他们说那种PDF格式吗？

remember, your PhD study is the last shield in your life. You have no
control over your behavior after your graduation.

“c. Published material in professional publications written by others
about the alien’s work in the academic field;”
这里并没有像eb1a里要求的严格，是对alien本人的media report，那么按照字里行间
来看，citation就足以满足这项了，因为别人的文章里提到了你的工作。如果citation
比较强，这一项是很好满足的啊，因为容易量化，移民官也不容易找茬。
可是在本版搜索了很久，没有看到任何一个eb1b的claim这一项，就算是citation特别
强的，也都是用来support contribution这一项。我非常困惑，怕自己的理解有误区，
请大家赐教！大包子伺候！ |

但在用关键词收索时，我比的是所有的文章（包括当年和之后发表的所有文章）。在我
的PL里我写到，‘This study is among top 0.5% (5 out of 1113) most-cited
among the 1113 articles on the topic “XXX” published since 2006 。’
这个trick不一定对所有的IO管用，所以最好还有其他证据来一块说明。 |

为 “international recognition”的一个证据。至少不会有坏处。
有邀请信就行，再挖掘一下这个publisher的知名度，可以print它们的网页，自己吹自
己的话。他们邀请你就说明你做得工作有意义，至于没有发表有各种原因，不用细究。 |

文章我有10journal，10+conference，审稿200+，引用200+，无奖无媒体无专利
曾经和律师沟通过，对方说publisher不是研究型的公司，请不了researcher，但对方
告诉我他们的IT部门有很多个researcher 和developer。不知道有没有类似的个案可以
参考。

发帖数: 23 | 48 公司律师，F家。我们打算claim authorship和contribution。这俩条我们觉得背景还
行，应该够了。但是律师非要claim 4条。
仅靠一篇非一作的review paper，律师要claim participation as a judge。我们没有
提供任何审稿的材料，自己也只有3篇审稿。
仅靠别人的review article cite了我们的文章，律师就要claim published materials
written by others about alien's work。
我们提出了异议，指出1）就写过一篇review，反而显得judgement work不frequent,
especially compared to peers. 2）别人的review article 只是cite我们的文章，没
有重点讨论，不符合这条criteria。我们建议这两个claim都拿掉避免被uscis
challenge.
但是律师非常自信的说根据他们的经验，这两个claim没有问题，会让整个case更加
strong。之前看到太多不那么strong的claim招R... 阅读全帖 |
