Sugarlands visitor center西边3.5迈，从北门开去Cades Cove会经过。Trailhead停
车场非常小，但是可以歪在路边停。trail单程1.3迈，非loop，paved小石头路，没有
台阶，轮椅和儿童推车不能上，有elevation但不高，建议预留2 h。瀑布高80 feet，

wear ring with a tiny stone held by a boring yet giant circle of metal
braces.. they could have accompanied that with loose diamonds or other
stones.
they even get 6 prongs for .5 carat diamond or less, maybe 6 prong is design
for stability, since just thinking about if the diamond will be stable with

不是经常去体验，
一般很难对carat有多大的概念，
1carat，只有0.2g, 钻石，不要期望1克拉或两克拉能有多大
DC 博物馆里那个40克拉的也就大拇指盖大小
选diamond真的是萝卜白菜
我们也看过很多diamond,
能真正闪火的不多，珠宝店的在柜台里灯光下很亮，拿出来就不行，

我感觉这种harness主要起一个类似于杠杆的作用，就是你不用很大的气力就能拉住狗
。还是很适合一般的狗的。
用prong和用普通collar的用法其实是一样的，关键是不能让狗拉，尤其是不能让狗拉
着你走，你被他拉着走对他来说是个很大的“鼓励”，更会努力拽你。区别是prong对
狗的刺激性更大些，如果方法不对的话很容易造成疼痛耐受，所以对于一般的走路拽我
不太建议用prong。 |

训练好的狗是朋友，没有训练好的狗是野兽。用prong collar 只是用疼痛，暂时约束
野兽而已。很多训狗专家都
不推荐prong collar。更不要说小狗了。
walk on leash 是每只狗必须学会的。
不带leash 遛狗，特别是没有训练的狗是非常危险的。
1.两只狗面对面，是一种挑战，非常容易发生撕咬。
2.狗狗容易被车辆撞伤，容易自行跑丢
3.狗狗容易伤到行人，小朋友，狗主人需要面对经济损失
Treat应该在狗狗表现好的时候给。如果狗狗乱咬乱跑，越是给treat，你越是鼓励他不
恰当的行为。 |

看到Power Heated Mirror的线是8-hole 5-prong connector，没有heat是8-hole 3-
prong connector。
还有卖啥牌子比较好啊~还是无所谓？
所以直接买heated那个会有问题么？比如车子电路板不支持啥的？

the bare minimum now days, with plenty of homes getting more than that. If
you don't have 200amp at least, then just by have your air conditioner
running, and cooking at same time, you will be using half of that 100amp
already. Changing the 2 prong outlet to 3 prong outlet is not difficult for
DYI, but adding new ones is. You will have to open up some drywalls, drill

个孔，当时Lowes的搬运工帮我们把那根线换成了3－prong。后来搬家，墙上的插座是4
个孔，我自己去homedepot买了根4-prong的线，又把它换回去了。两个房子都是用电的

楼下有个叫beida啥的好像挺活跃，总结说路虎哥会有民事责任，老夫一看，这连law都
没搞清楚，就乱下结论，岂不让人笑掉大牙也。这件案子关键在于facts，所以说谁输
谁赢还不好说，就看双方的律师水平了。老夫只想谈谈law。
如果在第一次停车时，路虎哥感觉到自己或者家人受到了生命或者seriously bodily伤
害的威胁，那么他的做法是完全合理合法的。这就是常说的self defense 或者defense
of others。只要在当时的情况下是reasonable的，路虎哥就不会输掉他的民事官司。
beida虽提出reasonable standard，却不知reasonable standard是个two prong test
－就是1. What a reasonable person would do 2. Under similar circumstances.
Beida还是知道点法的，不过毕竟只知道点皮毛，不知道有第2个prong的存在。话说当

个男的正好拿着一根拐杖，就把拐杖对着他，让他自行败退了。这就是我的棍子的灵感
的来源。
站在他前面，on leash的时候可以这样做，off leash就很难，两个狗都会跑开。这倒
让我想起来了，我下次给他带上50 ft long leash试试吧。不过就必须戴在prong上了
，不知道这样让long leash一直拖在地上成不成 |

另外忘记说的一点是， 那个trainer说reward和correction保持在10:1比较好， 就是
说不能一开始就让狗狗处于很多distraction的环境中，然后不停的correction, 那样

今天若不用, 多半把我拉趴下. 儿女一走开, 必要跟随,再有小孩太多. 用几次后它们全明白, prong collar一上, 根本不拉你.
