最近这个autobid成了热门话题,所以就来科普一下到底标准是什么,这个标准一直都有,
但是NCAA到2010年才公开,其实一共就三条
1. The conference must finish among the top six in a listing of the average
of each conference's highest ranked team at the end of each regular season.
2. The conference must finish among the top six in a listing of the average
computer rankings of every conference's full roster of teams at the end of
each regular season.
3. The conference must accumulate a score of at least 50 percent of the
highest ranking conference's score in the Adjusted Top-25 Performance
Ranking, which measures how many teams each conference placed in the BCS top
25 and adjusts for conference size.
这几条,四年算一次,一个conference,前两条指标进了前六,第三条分数达到第一名的一
半以上,就可以申请要求autobid
这个是2010年NCAA公开autobid指标当时,各大conference的分数,只包括了08-09和09-
10两个赛季,没有包括10-11赛季

照这个分数看起来,non-BCS conference里MWC是最接近autobid的,但是现在失去了BYU,
Utah和TCU,得到了Utah,第二条的得分很难进前六了
反过来看BCS conferences,得分偏低的包括Big10,ACC,PAC10和BE
PAC10三项得分都中游,但是拉来了utah和corolado,随后和ESPN签了一个超级的TV deal
;Big10前两项得分很低,但是Big10 is Big10,而且现在拉来了Nebraska,而且可以随时
再出手raid BE/ACC/Big12;ACC第一项得分最低,且有被SEC/Big10 raid的危机,但是现
在拉来了Pittsburgh和Syracuse,可以和ESPN重新谈合同,相对也算稳定下来;剩下Big
East,其实分数并不是最低,即使走了pitt和syracuse,但是如果能保住现有球队(特别是
WVU),再挖一两个队来(NCAA要求BCS conference 最少7队),还是能压住现在的MWC的,
big east最大的问题,还是内部人心不齐江上领导无能,不能保证几个核心球队
