1.屋顶材料是2005年加州法律要求recall的，当时有补贴，但是房主当时没有弄，等于
放弃了这个权利。现在我们买这个房子，这屋顶是该自己掏钱换呢还是可以向对方要一
些credit呢？
2.一个卫生间有渗水，inspector说要修好，否则长期渗到地下会引起termite.这个也
是我们自己负责？
3.房子的电路系统是很老的那种，外面的electrical panel inspector 说连总闸都没
有，一旦火灾会有危险。还有插座是two prong的，没有接地线，需要rewiring。这是
比较大头的，inspector说需要6000-8000的费用。这个怎么办呢？
另外，房主当时买这个房子投资的，所以现在里面还有租客住着，是个很好的老太太，
今天去的时候跟我说attic需要弄insulation，说夏天这房子非常热，我们在加州。这
个我完全不懂，弄这个需要花多少钱啊？ |

1. 搬运: 重,不是很有肌肉的话,大多出钱解决.这个好像出"包子"无法解决.
2. 调水平：需要一个长度适中的水平仪，ＨＤ有的是。找一个大小合适的扳手，拧洗
衣机／烘干机底部的支撑脚直到水平为止。如果地方够大、没有空间的限制，这活儿很
好做。否则非常困难。
３. 电hookup: 用电的烘干机需要240伏,有的插头是4根线（four-prong plugs）,有
的３根．洗衣机的通常是１２０伏，直接插上用就是．如果你运气好,新家的烘干机
hookup和你的一样，恭喜你，直接插上用就好，否则，你需要到hardware店（比如ＡＣ
Ｅ ＨＡＲＤＷＡＲＥ）跑一趟，买来新的插座，重新接线才能使用。有ＥＥ背景的工
科男们在这儿可以大显身手了。有ＥＥ学习热情的文科同学也不要失望，就四根线线，
两根火线（ＨＯＴ）两根地线（其中一根是绿线），看懂了找个起子搭上就好。
４. 洗衣机水管：两根，一根热水，一根冷水，跟新家的对应拧上就好。
５.烘干机出气管：这要看新旧管子的尺寸是否一样，一样的话，直接接上就是。否则
