验的给提些建议，非常感谢！
背景：
美国Top20 PhD, Top10 Postdoc. Claim老三样：文章、贡献和审稿
文章：11篇。5 1st author；5 篇领域内最好杂志（IF~10）；一篇为中文杂志。 引用
190+ (ISI), 250+ (Google Scholar).
审稿：24，（IF 从25到1不等，9个杂志）
推荐信：5封独立加1封PhD导师（美国、英国、意大利、加拿大和台湾）。
1封主编审稿证明信
1封公司合作者支持信
参考版上的经验，深挖了自己的贡献。做了油灯图，根据关键词索引了自己的文章，列
出了Small Percentage，也总结了引用并应用自己文章的文献。
感觉所有证据都已经用上了，手头上当时多准备了三封独立推荐信预防RFE（以色列、
爱尔兰、美国；美国那封来自工作界；2封编辑证明信）。

Claim了一下3条，条条被RFE,不活了！

马上就要提交了，诸多不安啊。 自己在内容上帮不了忙，但希望能在装订打印上能好
好帮忙把关。
目前我老公是双面打印，我觉得如果竖着装订，双面打印不好翻吧，大都是竖着用
Prong Fastener装订的， 很少在左侧装订的吧。
另外他是用了一些彩色纸打印来区分内容，但也有大侠说不用彩色纸，尤其避免一些颜
色，是这样的么？

3月27号就被RFE了，无奈总是收不到RFE,Submit了2个service request都么有等到，终
于在congressman的帮助下今天搞到RFE了，一共耗时45天，估计人品都集中放在h1b抽
签去了，anyway，今天终于收到了，貌似承认了review, authorship,质疑了
contribution。

背景
材料学背景，50+papers 多数一作，含PRL, nature子刊，700+citation，30+review,
claim 老三样
关键是这个RFE没有任何具体的针对性，完全就是把EB1A的要求复制了一遍。这样的RFE
该叫小弟怎么回复啊。请教班上有经验的同学，我的petition letter是被弄丢了么，
是该把所有的材料重新file一遍么。还是重新把petition letter 和evidence按照
response的格式重新精简整理一遍？这也等于要把所有petition letter 再交一次,加
上各种证据近500页啊。。。
另外还需要其他加强的证据么？这么模糊的要求不知道要往哪里加强啊。。。

niw和EB1不一样，不需要meet 3 out of 8 criteria，只要论述对national 有帮助。
评判标准是Three-Prong Test (NYSDOT)，如下：

2. The waiver applicant must demonstrate that the proposed benefit to be
