文章比较长，我给个尽量简短易懂的摘要。我只陈述客观现象，不作道德评判。
如果有1000个男的，1000的女的，放到一个孤岛上。理论上，他们很快会结成1000对伴
侣，但实际上比这复杂多了。
这1000个女的当中，有800个会去围着男的当中200个条件最好的转。这200个男的平均
每人有四个女的，于是就变得花心，在多个女的中间周旋，保持好几个炮友。而其他
800个男的就很难操上逼，心理容易出问题，有的会攻击那些Top 20%的男的，成为杀人
犯；有的会攻击那些80%的女的，成为强奸犯。
而女的当中，那80%的女的会逐渐厌倦跟众多其他女人的竞争，离开top 20%的男的，去
找80%的男的接盘。甚至还有女的跟top 20%男的生了孩子之后找人接盘，接盘男还要养
别人的孩子。

playdate属于那一流派，师从何方 ：但有一点是肯定的，我念得这几篇既不像<读者>
煽情，也不虚构离奇的情节。 不时有点睛之笔，充满对生活的思考，有内涵。 似乎是
有生活经历的作家。 （闭门造车的嘛 - 除非造得好。）
很久以前有个叫 什么nycHunter/nyHunter 帅哥（把自己照片做头像的），写的和
playdate似乎有一比，也是篇篇上十大 。就是内容有些空，念完了不知他要说什么。

，有些分子据说对硅胶很不稳定或者会bind在硅胶上面，虽然我还没有遇到，如果活性
来自于好几个分子的combination，那就几乎完蛋了。
很多时候，有活性的分子量很低，根本没有这么多的植物来源来分离。分离一般就是mg
级别的纯品，根本不够后面的animal/clinical，这个时候需要化学全合成，又是非常
的挑战，尤其是需要1-100g的化学纯品来做clinical，多步化学反应合成这么大量可能
会是超级艰巨的任务。
分离/合成的分子可能ADME不好，或者其他的原因，需要进一步化学修饰，很少有青蒿
素/紫杉醇这样的例子，一分离出来就不需要修饰就是药物的。选择性半合成也是非常
艰巨的任务，尤其对复杂的天然产物。
我看到一个报道，说是一个公司，花了上百个博士，好几年，合成出来60g的一个天然
产物做临床试验。大家可以想象这个过程的完整成本是多么的巨大。

如果是mES cell或者别的highly proliferative and self renewing 的cell line，
clonal effect要相对小.
如果是个Cancer cell line, 那么我觉得genome translocation导致的side effect可

被曝光。专家对这一研究的评价不高，认为非常全面的描述性研究，如果结果确定，可
能导致发育生物学大厦的颠覆，其实是不相信这种研究结论。因为没有当时的投稿件，
