z*a 发帖数: 197 | 1 Not too long ago, there was a post saying "140 貌似已经批到10月中了" and a
few others discussing the overall processing status of I-140. Here are some
numbers I gathered of the applications at TSC. Hopefully this information
can give you a better idea where things stand.
There were 344 I-140 applications in Oct. I checked their statuses on Jan 6.
It showed that 119 of them had gone past "Initial Review". Considering it
was only a bit over two months past their submission dates, I assume that
these 119 (34.5%) cases had requested premium processing. Since Jan 6, there
were 20 more cases (scattered all over Oct) went past "Initial Review".
This looks more like a small group that requested premium processing after I
-140 submission than I-140 processing has progressed to Oct.
The statistics from Sept 5 to the end of Sept looks very similar to Oct.
Even earlier, for the 55 non-PP cases between Aug 25 and Sept 5, only 12
have gone past "Initial Review". Things do start to look better between July
26 and Aug 24, out of the 408 cases in total, 86 are under "Initial review"
.
So currently, the line is at least 5 months long. This is consistent with
the estimate from the USCIS website. |

z*a 发帖数: 197 | 3 I wrote a shell script to fetch case status from the USCIS website. It took
a few minutes to gather all the numbers. |

z*a 发帖数: 197 | 6 I don't think sharing the script is a good idea. I am pretty sure USCIS
wouldn't like the idea of many people sending hundreds or even thousands of
queries each to their website. |
