You still don't seem to understand that Fang's accusation against Xiao was
not in the procedure itself, but in exaggerating the effectiveness of the
procedure, falsely claiming it was an approved procedure even though it's
still highly experimental, and failure to properly inform patients of
potential risks of the procedure. Basically a serious violation of ethical
standard.
