GM to recall Cruze cars over risk of engine fire

DETROIT — The risk of engine fires is forcing General Motors to recall 475,
000 Chevrolet Cruze compact cars.
GM said Friday that the fires can ignite when fluids drip onto a plastic
shield below the engine. GM knows of 30 fires caused by the problem. No
injuries have been reported.
Dealers will cut the shield to let the fluid drain to the pavement. GM says

施加压力24小时后制成的。同样的工艺再用一边，就是double pressed了。这种tip比
较结实耐用，基本不会mushroom，而且便宜啊～就我用的经验来看，绝对不比那些10几
层layer的“高级”tip差！有机会去试试吧。 |

But I thought common sense is the lower the bar position is, the lower part of the chest we work on.
Also, he claimed that during bench press, we should keep the back flat on the bench, instead of forming a arch shape, which is also different from many others say.

是这样的，上个星期的那个星期我歇息了几天，然后星期一去做incline bench press, 我靠一上去3天不练，135都很费劲，我小做了几组，第二天又去了上去就是135，我一举起来觉得很不对劲，就像举起一跟两边什么都没有的棍子似的。我怀疑是不是我放错weight了，下来一看，确实两边是45磅，然后我两边加上25，嘿，奇怪，也可以举起来了，然后我叫了个spotter, 两边35，做了3下。
昨天再去试，死活也举不起来了。 |

also, the bar has to be lowered to touch your chest, so max range of motion.
Range of motion will be compromised if grip is too wide.

三角肌前头。对三角肌后头没啥作用。从这个坐姿哑铃shoulder press看，重量提升还
是挺快的，我半年时间大概能从100到150吧（50-75每个哑铃） |

这个比起squat和bench press,deadlift就差远了.那些基本独立就可以长了200,300磅
的.肩膀还是比较孤立的动作.这个press也是力量举的一个动作,所以觉得可能与哑铃推
肩有些区别,也许也可以独立发展到很重的重量.可是练得人不多. |

样下去怕伤到脊椎。
坐着的military press感觉对腰好些，但因为左手腕受伤一直没好，起的那一下手腕很
疼。
大牛们推荐下有什么可以代替的动作吧，比如用dumbbell什么的，或者我overhead pre
ss动作不正确才会腰疼。

强。还有技术动作可能有点问题，稳定躯干的技术动作其实是一样的，练好了之后所有
问题都解决了。多看youtube视频吧。 |

see it. Anyway, here are the highly recommended starting weights for you:
Squat - 45 lbs
Bench press - 45 lbs
Barbell row - 65 lbs
Overhead press - 45 lbs
Deadlift - 90 lbs
Also, if you really are seriously into 5x5, you should at least visit http://stronglifts.com/ and check out some "must-read guides". If you have an iphone or ipod touch, the stronglifts 5x5 tracker app is very handy.

发帖数: 1719 | 42 我有同样的问题，就leg press代替深蹲。是因为我深蹲怕闪腰又怕下去上不了。而且
最重要的我腿上没力，深蹲有一个严重的问题腿上来时向内撇。会伤膝盖。
现在我蹲45的片，主要是注意动作，不冲重量。
看你的目的，如果要冲块头还是要蹲，如果只为屁股
leg press那种向上蹬的练大腿。那种座着前蹬的是可以练到屁股的。就是调到最底，
然后每次蹬出和回到膝盖弯时都不要到底，这样即使小重量一样是力气全在屁股在大腿
上方，可以试一下。
另，深蹲那种machine更安全，因为是你背靠着，这样可以确保背部一直笔直。也可以
试一下。反正我主要蹲这两种。 |

很牢。
要是自装，一年肯定不会只打3000发的。保守估计在10000发左右。
那就是一个月850发。Turrent Press的速度是一个小时不紧不慢200发。一个月最多花5
个小时，一个礼拜一个多小时就够了。
要是你一年要打5，6万发，那要上progressive 了。 |

多的。
然后lee的turret许多人都把自动改成手动复装，因为中间的那个很长的bolt好像不怎
么结实，网上说的。把那个中间长长的bolt去掉后，我觉得优点在，其实就变成一个不
用换dies的single state press。如果不想花很多钱，挺值得入手的。 |
