发帖数: 91 | 8 我的考试不是很顺利，去年考了一次没过，今年再考。成功的经验和大家差不多，题海
战术，我先分享我的失败经验，希望大家能避免。去年因为怀孕，没有好好的看书，K
家的题目作了，都是60多。(没有做Qbank).正好版上有姐妹好心，给了一套真题。我本
着投机取巧的想法，只看这些真题回想，结果265题，5个半小时，失败告终。今年因为
电脑坏了，真题也不见了，只能好好复习。买了K家，QBank每次只有50多，7套题也只
有60多，重复看了2遍，也只是死记硬背答案。换了出题的方式就不知道了。再看
Prentice Hall Comprehensive NCLEX-RN® Review这本书，我觉得比S家的书好，
题目像真题，解释的也很清楚。因为时间不够了，我只作CD里的题目，5000多，大概作
了3000多题，再重新作7套题，都是80几了，重新看Qbank，好多题目也就理解了。考前
两周，我反复看k家的题目，尽量让自己看懂每道题(不是死记硬背答案，而是搞懂对在
哪里，错在哪里)。考前一周，放松，睡觉。然后上考场。
很希望大家记住我失败的教训。老美的考试是真功夫，中国人的题海战术最有效。 |

MM 说的这本书 Prentice Hall Comprehensive NCLEX-RN® Review 与 Suander
相比，除了MM 说的题目解释清楚，像真题外，还有那些优点？ 我一直都是看的S,听MM
这样一说，感觉有点不踏实了。另外，MM复习的时候做S CD上面的题目了吗？感觉怎样

我上的是MED-ED 到医院举办的为期2天的CCRN REVIEW CLASS，感觉帮助很大。课程里
面提供的讲义，把每一个系统的CCRN 会考到的疾病都解释过。当时上课的时候还在想
，怎么每一个系统才COVER 这么点的疾病，会不会不够全面。不过考完出来，回想了一
下，基本上我考的150道题，没有超出这个讲义范围。这个REVIEW CLASS 太精炼了，精
炼到几乎就是为了考试而准备的，基本上就是CCRN 会考到的，它上面才会有。 备考用
的书也是这个讲义上推荐的。
基础好的话基本上上这个课，回去复习一下，做做题就可以过了，但是高分不会，刚够
考过吧。
我也是用了2个月复习准备的。过了一遍 THOMAS AHRENS, DONNA PRENTICE ETC.写的
CRITICAL CARE NURSING CERTIFICATION 书，也做了书里提供的题库。此书的缺点是没有

recurrent event model,比较多人用的有几个
1） Anderson-Gill的counting process model,假设recurrent event之间是独立的
2） PWP(Prentice-William-Peterson) model: 这个分两种，一个是gap time model,
一个是total time model
3) WLW (Wei-Lin-Weissfield) model,这个是marginal model
SAS的proc phreg就可以fit这三个model,只要你把data准备成符合sas的counting
process格式。

引言
有不少非基督徒以天主教反对歌白尼、加里略的学说，作为指控基督信仰是盲目、封闭
、反科学的证据，不幸地，很多基督新教徒亦加入控方行列，认为这是新教比天主教更
可信的原因之一。
这篇文章有两个要点，第一，虽然天主教以教权干涉学术是错误，可是当时天主教会并
非如一般人想象那么盲目、愚昧，当时天主教曾经以科学方法检验「地球绕太阳」和「
太阳绕地球」两套理论，以当时的科学水平，人们觉得后者似乎比前者更有说服力。第
二，当时基督新教也反对歌白尼、加里略的学说，，虽然相比天主教的学者，新教领袖
所持之理由更缺乏科学证据，但是新教领袖的批评只是片言只字，后来学者以此来渲染
新教反科学态度，未免是言过其实。无论如何，天主教与新教领袖皆受到时代局限，而
今天非基督徒和新教徒对歌白尼、加里略事件的批判态度，却是
天主教之态度
首先，歌白尼在生时，其「地球绕太阳」学说并没有受到天主教压制，可是，当宗教改
革在十六世纪爆发之后，天主教开始对任何可能挑战教会权威的东西十分敏感，于是在
