我们的数据里有一些miRNA以及sequence信息，都是mature miRNA。然后我们找了个别
人发表的数据，想在里面找和我们的miRNA match的。但是发现别人的数据里都是
precursor，而不是mature miRNA，然后给的sequence和我在网上找到的相应的miRNA
precursor的也不一样。请问如何来判断这些miRNA是不是和我们的一样？仅仅看名字可
靠吗？比如hsa-mir-1-1就一定对应也hsa-mir-1吗？

the precursor ions are scanned in the first analyzer。这个MSMS mode本身是
space-based，而不是time-based，要求仪器的零件physically separated。
ion trap的dynamic range低确实是因为trap里面ion数量太多，space charge effect
明显，具体三言两语说不清，你随便找点文献看看，比如：

至于1/3rule，是因为在trap里面，fragment ion的m/z越小，stability越低，到
precursor的1/3以下就trap不住了，所以检测到的只是1/3以上的ion。这个有一张

Now, it's suggested to use somatic stem cells concept than adult stem cells.
As far as I know, progenitor cells are of less differentiation
potential(multipotency, just many progenies but not all), while stem cells are
of pluripotency (All of the progenies). So in this matter, PC is considered
more committed, determined, or differentiated than SC. However, most time ppl
find adult stem cells which are really progenitor cells.

他们透过电磁诱导透明技术，将单一光子（Photon）中的光前驱波分离，并首次证明任何光子都不能超越光速极限，确切证实爱因斯坦的理论。是次实验结果，也基本推翻透过光子作时间穿梭的理论假设，未来要制作任何时光机，亦只能另辟蹊径。
光速每秒近30万公里，即可环绕地球7个圈，根据爱因斯坦理论，那一直被视为极限速度。约十多年前科学家一度发现，由一大群光子组成的光脉冲，能出现超光速“视觉效应”，虽然那未足否定爱因斯坦理论，但亦令不少人科学家寄望，尝试以单光子超越光速并传递信息及时间穿梭的可能性。

表皮细胞是会更新的。
绝大部分神经细胞是不会换的，一旦形成以后，死一个少一个的。
生殖细胞的precursor，至少在哺乳动物，在胚胎发育早期就跟体细胞分开了，就是说
哪些细胞会有潜力发展成生殖细胞很早就定下来了，这个不是我一拍脑袋就想出来的，
也不是你老不乐意相信就可以无视的，是经过很多诸如细胞标记追踪实验证明了的。这
就让拉马克的理论在细胞水平上很难解释了：既然生殖细胞系在出生前就定下来了，那
么后天获得的性状，如何去影响生殖细胞的基因组呢？
比如我们假设一只长颈鹿的脖子的确是可以拔长的，再闭眼假设脖子的细胞的DNA真的
可以被修饰，那么脖子的细胞们怎么去给生殖细胞通风报信呢？至少现在都没发现这个
机制，而大量的实验事实都支持不定向突变，定向选择的理论。 |

章第一节（共8页，276页至283页）。结果与上两次考证（分别为第八章第五节——共5
页，298-302页；第七章第五节——共8页，266-273页）完全相同，这三节都来自Blum
一书。本节除了两段，所有内容出现在Blum一书。小女子本乃幽默之人（看本人的第一
篇就知道了），可是，面对这样严峻得不能再严峻的事实，已经幽默不起来鸟。
仅以小女子的这三篇考证，朱学勤抄袭一事，到此可以铁板钉钉了。这还不
