虽然大公司对语言不看重，但是感觉工作年份越多语言的限制就越大，似乎
experienced的都希望你对以后工作中要用的语言已经很熟悉，能直接上手做project.
以后想去做java相关的，但是目前工作是c++, 不知道大家都是怎么练的？是不是
programming pratice的时候都用java练？感觉任何自学的东西如果没有用到实际

谁，后来才知道居然是老板本人。这个人说白了就是骗人已经骗习惯了，还自己以为很
聪明。
那天他主动给我打电话，然后跟我讨价还价说付我一半的钱。我不同意，他自己还说叫
你的律师来找我吧。以前几乎我熟知的每个中国同事走的时候都不是平平静静的。每个
人都说要找律师，但是好像大家找到新的工作后亦或没有时间精力或者觉得损失不多就
不了了之。所以这老板就越来越嚣张。我是觉得我需要做点什么kill his ego。这两天

要你回答是否还在，一般再列出每份工作起始时间。如果你485申请的时候交了EVL上面
写了雇主的意愿，就已经表明当时的意愿了，个人认为不用再重复，人家也没问你要这
个。律师让你再搞一份，如果可以搞到，就更保险。有的律师交485的时候没有放EVL表
明意愿，如果是这个情况，你这次就要放。如果你已经过了93天，那就拖过180天，用
