发帖数: 1582 | 6 今天跑了环多伦多trail的西半环，从parliament st. 跑到湖边，然后沿着water
front trail 跑到humber river trail 北上, 最后沿着finch ave 往东 跑到finch
subway station.
共跑了46.6 公里， 爬升了678米，下降了692米，共用时间5小时19分， 平均速度8.74
公里/小时。
背包是 gregory stimulus pack, 5L 容量，（http://www.amazon.com/Gregory-Stimulus-Active-Trail-Pack/dp/B000UM99I2/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top）带了1.6升的水装在水袋里，还有1.4升的powerade，带了两个能量bar, 和一个越南的sandwich,还有手机，手机的备用电池，信用卡，钱等，出发的时候一共重9.5磅。今天天气非常凉爽，非常适于跑步，早晨出发前吃了两个t&t的面包，出发时体重是149.5lb,整个过程我喝了1.4升的powerade,吃了越南的sandwich，josie 还给了我一个power... 阅读全帖 |

这几年十来个比赛，这是唯一没犯什么错误、状态也好的。首先是在这里学习了三年理
论，去年底终于开窍了明白了easy run的道理。然后做潮流的跟随者，比如bare foot
running,吃全麦，减肥（145lb to 137lb,） 读AM等。
从大学开始跑了十多年的12分钟跑，基本都能完成3k。这几年也就知道猛跑。去年底在
Dallas white rock Marathon同一天我试着自己在野外跑了个全马，pace 9’,结果跑
成了runner’s knee。歇了50天后今年2月份决定洗心革面按 Runner’s world的Smart
coach训练全马, 每周mile数大大增加，80%以上都是easy pace,4月份5K 10K都提高明
显。当时服了，跑步这么简单的运动学问都这么大，而且我想的都是错的，其他事情因
为方法不当不知吃了多少亏，只是自己不知道。六月份觉得全马ready了，20miler跑了
好几个，才发夏季全马好难找啊。又不舍得花钱飞到别处，于是重新归零，从6月到10

Got to the transition area by 5am and it’s raining pretty heavily. A lot of

共跑了46.6 公里， 爬升了678米，下降了692米，共用时间5小时19分， 平均速度8.74
公里/小时。

饮食清淡，no牛奶
喝Pedialyte补充身体里的盐分矿物质离子，如果没有，给他喝些运动饮料如powerade,
Gatorade 之类的，
益生菌可以吃，在walmart有卖，叫probiotics.
果汁不要苹果汁，但可以吃苹果泥；可以喝梨汁，桃汁
可以吃香蕉泥 |

- avoid fat (milk has lots fat).
- try fresh apple.
- use gatorade or powerade instead of pedialyte (much cheaper).
- save the popo for medical lab test if it gets worse or not improves. |

发帖数: 588 | 31 话说今年去英国，别人都往城里跑，我老偏偏去了乡下农村。星期六早早的起来，skip
了早餐，从酒店走到车站，赶早班火车去一个镇子，沿途欣赏中部山区的景色。坐了近
两个小时的火车总算到达目的地。车站离镇子有三mile，公共汽车一个小时一班，于是
继续走。先去了一个废弃的castle，原来是万恶的收税所，剥削劳动人民的地方。然后
钻了两个洞，skip了午餐，上了一个山头，整整晃悠了一天。景色veli veli
beautiful（详见另贴）当天阳光明媚，大概75度。一天十几个miles上上下下，饥肠辘
辘，dehydrated，于是去买水。镇上小店基本只收现金。我老pound都花在火车票和门
票上了。 于是出于劳动人民的本色，我忍，到了车站就算胜利。回车站的路上忽然发
现一家super market，得救了。进门问店员收不收卡，答曰，不收american express，
顾得，我老马上去抓了一瓶powerade，两瓶flavored sparkling water，一瓶
sparkling mineral water，付钱，没想到，他们的卡机不能打receipt，必须要pin

也没在意, 以为很快就会开通.
没想到最近这么热的天,公园里还是没有通水, 跑了一个小时想喝水了才发觉这个.
只好跑去金城发买, 路过打排球的地方, 一帮人打的热火朝天啊.
不知道Kisseena的喷泉什么时候能开通, 最近要去运动的最好自己带水, 里面未必有水
喝. 另外金城发的Powerade很便宜, 79分. 顺便打了酱油, 就再也没情绪回去跑步了,
回家做我另一项热爱的运动, 四处发帖. |

发帖数: 18037 | 36 Cereal和稀饭因为都没有在嘴巴里嚼碎就吃下，所以反而会加重肠胃的工作量。你已经
拉肚子了，就不能吃这些东西。
一旦拉肚子，就应该喝透明的饮料（anything clear, 水或是Sprite都可以）。如果身
体水分消耗过多，喝一点Pedialyte或是你爬山的饮料如果有electrolytes的都可以，
例如Gatorade或Powerade，但这些饮料应该不含糖。不要喝任何奶制品。
24小时内最好只喝这些东西。如果真的饿到不行，就吃苏打饼乾吧。 |

If gym, then it's the AC system. AC system evaporates your sweat and keep
you dry. You lost more body fluid than you realized. I would try Gatorade/
Powerade over water. It worked like magic bullet to me. |

版上基本上都建议放弃基于以下顾虑：1 孕妇极度疲劳对胎儿的影响。2 孕妇自身可能
的疲劳性受伤以及trail本身的危险程度。问过LD的OB，结论是只要不上海拔10000
feet, 问题不大。但要注意不要脱水和及时补充热量。最终，我们决定试试看。针对大
家的顾虑，我们一共背了8大瓶运动饮料(powerade, 总计2加仑)4小瓶矿泉水和１２个
energy bar。在ＲＥＩ买了登山杖，羊毛袜，头灯. 还有climbing用的runner 和
carabiner，用来把自己的手腕和cable clip在一起以增加安全感．
早上6点从trail head出发, 11:30到达cable。经过30分钟的休息和吃过午饭，LD和我
开始向顶峰进发。可惜的是在cable的三分之一的处，LD感觉手臂力量不足，脚下打滑
，我们最终放弃登顶, 遗憾... 2点开始下山，8点回到trail head，历时14小时，完成
half dome trail 缺160m. 虽未能成功登顶，总算见识了著名的half dome cable，也
算圆满。现在想来，觉得LD之所以 |
