看看你们去过几个？
排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？

游专栏的编辑。后来因为Yosemite有人写了，编辑问我还有没有别的游记，于是就自己

去年十二月真是湿冷。接连五日的暴雨终于过去时，我们的房子已赫然被一汪小小的池
沼环绕。前院的西红柿淹死了，拖着湿淋淋的黑叶子；猫们一动不动地挤在阴湿的窝里
，对着一面被雨水洗褪了色的红墙发呆。整个圣芭芭拉城都糊在雨里，仿佛一幅打湿了
的水彩——天空的铅灰、大海的苍白、瓦屋顶的酡红、路边灌木的深绿相互侵染，使每
一种颜色都愈加阴暗。
直至月晦，天始转晴。困在家中这么多天，眼看新年将至，我想我太需要一次远行了。
于是我们就出发。新历的除夕早晨，我们跳上车，沿着北1号高速公路驶去。这一趟来

在美国的wedding photography中,如果在婚礼前拍婚纱照,我们通常称为:Pre-wedding
portrait session. 如果在婚礼当天拍,通常叫 bridal portrait session,如果在婚礼
后拍摄,通常叫 after-day portrait session, 也就是常说的: trash the dress. 美
国的传统迷信,认为在婚礼前新郎不可以看见新娘的婚纱,所以在婚礼前,这边大多拍非

今年四月开始下定决心要拍婚礼婚纱赚钱。但周围没有认识的朋友结婚，于是只好退而
求其次拍妹子。一开始都是拍认识的朋友。拍了一轮后，朋友的朋友也联系上拍了。再
然后就是再modelmayhem上找TFP模特拍。9月之前拍了大概10组。除了一个男模其他都
是妹子：D
9月回国，想着我大重庆妹子又多又美，不拍岂不可惜？于是回国前在陌陌上的摄影版
块灌水约妹子。一开始还真是难约，主要是不认识人，然后就是时间冲突。经过一番努
力，还是拍了10多个。这个数字远超我之前预期。当然我也承认拍的太急，很多细节的
东西没有处理的很满意。不过好处是得到很好的锻炼，更看到了不足。这个不足主要是
拍摄之外的准备，包括服装，化妆，灯光，镜头，场景等多方面。
10月份回来之后，因为某些原因搬到密西根。这一下把我之前建立好的人脉断了（还有
个妹子超美，约了但没机会拍了。。。）。于是只好重来。搬来的地方非常偏，即使
modelmayhem上能看上的模特都非常少（相比于旁边芝加哥。真是留口水），加上天气

今年四月开始下定决心要拍婚礼婚纱赚钱。但周围没有认识的朋友结婚，于是只好退而
求其次拍妹子。一开始都是拍认识的朋友。拍了一轮后，朋友的朋友也联系上拍了。再
然后就是再modelmayhem上找TFP模特拍。9月之前拍了大概10组。除了一个男模其他都
是妹子：D
9月回国，想着我大重庆妹子又多又美，不拍岂不可惜？于是回国前在陌陌上的摄影版
块灌水约妹子。一开始还真是难约，主要是不认识人，然后就是时间冲突。经过一番努
力，还是拍了10多个。这个数字远超我之前预期。当然我也承认拍的太急，很多细节的
东西没有处理的很满意。不过好处是得到很好的锻炼，更看到了不足。这个不足主要是
拍摄之外的准备，包括服装，化妆，灯光，镜头，场景等多方面。
10月份回来之后，因为某些原因搬到密西根。这一下把我之前建立好的人脉断了（还有
个妹子超美，约了但没机会拍了。。。）。于是只好重来。搬来的地方非常偏，即使
modelmayhem上能看上的模特都非常少（相比于旁边芝加哥。真是留口水），加上天气

on beautiful English. Over the years the book that I have read most is Henry
James' "The portrait of a lady". Every time I read it I am totally amazed
and mesmerized by the author's beautiful English. I wonder if someone could
recommend another novel whose English is better, or as good as that in "The
Portrait". Your help would be greatly appreciated.

发现大尺寸的照片如果放在电脑的upload folder往ipad上传，resize成小尺寸也就算了
居然大尺寸的portrait方向的照片会被强制crop成方形的。。。（小尺寸的portrait
方向照片没事）
苹果的软工真是一次次让我惊讶
更新一下，另外一台电脑access photostream的照片，发现在photostream里
大尺寸图片的确还是原始尺寸，portrait的图被放倒了，但是ipad上用iphoto看照片信息
的确是被resize过了，太奇怪了 |
