anti shick不能说没用，否则这个特性早就被市场淘汰了，我个人用过anti shock，没
明显感觉，但是不能证明这个就没用。
另外，trekking pole是个多用途的工具，那个很尖的头有些时候很有用，比如说过小
溪的时候，如果你是个没尖头的pole，撑在石头上会打滑，其他例子就不一一列举了
至于wiki里说的trekking pole leave trace的观点，我不以为然，如果连这个都能说
成是破坏环境，那人最好哪儿都别去了，走路还有脚印呢

天时（天气酷热，当天34度，感觉40度），地利（从多伦多一路开车过来，跑前只睡了
4个小时觉），人和（跑前训练不规律，尤其缺乏山地训练）都不在， 最后能够顺利完
成，没有中暑，抽筋，受伤就算成功。
记一下具体的过程，比较唐，希望能给一些像我这样的基础差，训练不系统，指望快走
就能搞定trail running 的人的经验教训。
这个比赛是两个月之前定的，目的主要是适应/体验一下trail running 的感觉，并为
utmb攒一个点数，目标是不受伤完成就好，希望能在7小时之内跑完。
跑前有训练，但是因为工作忙，还有出差，所以跑的不系统，最高的一周大约50km, 其
他大概30km, 山地训练比较少，我家门口只有一个400米10% 左右的坡，跑了几次。跑
前两周10 km 比赛成绩48分09秒。之前最快的半马1小时44分钟，最长距离比赛跑过
30km （没准备直接跑，不到3小时），自己走/跑过大峡谷的r2r2r, 至今还没有跑过全

所以你看UTMB, Hardrock这些除了上坡就是下坡没有平路的地方，pole都是允许
而且用的人非常的多的....
关于你说的走和跑的问题，其实和时间关系不大，一般来说只要是平路下坡和
哪怕是缓上坡，我都是跑的，虽然肯定也跑的不快，但是陡上坡，跑比走快不了
多少，反而费力很多，这时候当然就用走的了... |

1. 点杖当然有助转弯，这还用说。 但是，大家都不建议新手依赖仗来转弯。 为什么
呢，这么说吧，新手需要练习的基本动作，基本不需要pole planting，更多的是靠身
体本身，过早的引入pole planting，会让你对pole有依赖性，并且严重影响动作的准
确性。你要是还这么执迷不悟，自便吧
2. 平行滑， 大部分情况下重心不是均匀分布在双脚上，而是基本在downhill ski上，
除非你偶尔需要维持平衡，会把重心很短暂的移到uphill ski上，这其实已经算是
advance的技术了，对新手，学会重心放在downhill ski上足够
powder ski是个例外，重心要均匀，这也不是给新手的技术
就从你前面写的两点看，技术问题不是多，而是太多。 后面的懒得看了 |

我总结下我碰到过一些令人讨厌的人
skier:
1.刚刚学会的直接上黑道而且直接滑的弯覆盖整个trail, 让别人不得不到处迁就他。
2.喜欢甩板把雪甩掉的，搞得周围的人都避让。
3.pole直接插到我2块板子中间，那哥们够厉害的，还好是刚下lift。
4.摔了直接扔板子，嘴里骂骂列列的，仇深似海。
5.到lift这了还滑的超快，人又特别多，2个小女孩还高高兴兴的，给工作人员直接揪
出来了。
6.直接往山上滑，2个小孩，前面一个突然往山上滑，我估计可能他想减速，后面那小
孩刹不住直接撞了。
rider:
1.同skier 1，直接就是搓下去的，动作从头到尾没变过。
2.同skier 2，掷地有声，怕别人听不见。
3.拿个pole乱甩，我正好从旁边划过，他突然把pole举起来，刷的一声从我头盔旁边划
过，吓我一大跳。
4.同skier 5.
5.刹车的声音的确大了点，不过我也知道这是没办法的。
还有最害怕的就是有人乱窜，我一般要大的弧度时会先看看后面有没有人，没人才滑否

果在Fairbanks停留至少三晚，那看到极光的概率是至少90%”。但是听到更多的是9月
和3月最好，3月人多是因为可以看冰雕，狗拉雪橇比赛，滑雪比赛。至于时间，个人建
议11点多出发，2点前回来就可以了，看了4天都是大概11；30或者12点开始，1点多衰
弱，当然也许跟特定的那几天有关。

本来Monday Morning大家的心情就都不好，然后MTA又抽风，先是没有Local,后来上了
Express又signual problems.
好不容易等到local,挤了上去和日本的地铁有一拼了。后来转Express的时候刚好来了
量比较空的车。想也没想就冲了上去。上去以后就往中间走。走到了一个pole旁边准备
hold住。
结果一白人WSN刚好站在了中间，用它高大的身体挡住了pole.我胳膊硬伸了过去还说了
"Excuse me." 他还是不让开，他旁边根本没人，有足够的空间，他要挪挪我就可以抓
住pole了。后来我看他不让我就说“would you move over there a little bit." 没

滑雪时，我们总会碰到一些陌生的人，在雪道上说声Hey，帮个忙，在缆车上聊几句，也许很平淡，也许很投机。。。。。。道别以后，也许今生不再碰到，就像下面发生的这个故事。
去年的一个冬天，一个人开车到了滑雪场，已经是中午了。那天冷得出奇，感觉呼出的气都要成了雾。
到了下午，太阳几乎都没了，感觉更冷。我自己在等缆车，是每次两个人的缆车。前面有一个wsn帅哥冲上前了，我也就往前挪了一下，一看，帅哥一时迷糊，跟着前面两个人的后面冲上去准备load了。他只好退了回来，退到了我的旁边。这样一来，就变成了我和他坐同一张Lift椅子了。我看到他只有Ski，没有拿Pole，两只手揣在上衣口袋里。
缆车上，帅哥问我是不是中国人，我说是，他告诉我他是某大公司的。。。。。。
聊到山顶，下了缆车，我指了指缆车下的那条道说：“再见，我从这里下，你玩好。”
