wouldn't have said this if i haven't heard so many stories about polish who
are rude, bigoted, and ungrateful. there must be some reason for a nation to
want to exterminate you as an ethnic, however inhuman that might be. What
have polish done with the chance that the world provided them when the world
collectively saved them from the Germans?

what kind of impression you would have from american media about China and
chinese people - almost all negative, but we all know it is not a true
picture.

always has social consequences. once such statement becomes collectively
expressed, it becomes real and affects everyone's life. Take Chinese
American for example. Talks about fake Chinese goods and crappy Chinese
societies get so popular and even if not each case is real, such judgment
affects people. As a Chinese here living in the States, more or less, life
would be more difficult. Same goes to Poles. I would be angry with one Pole,
for something disgusting, but never will I serve to exaggerate the Poles as
a group. For another example, the Mexicans. If you work hard, people would
ignore your effort and normalize it as you are just being Mexican. What the
hell does that mean?
