路口冲红灯直行，结果躲闪不了撞上了。我的车头严重损坏，发动机可能都不行。我有
好几个证人，警察也来了，最后给了对方一张冲红灯的ticket。
对方听口音像是欧洲来的游客，他们的车应该是租的，AAA的保险，不是很合作。我们
自己只买了保对方的保险，因为在NY要是对方的全责，对方会负责赔偿。但现在好像说
是MI有个什么no fault policy,说对方最多只赔给我们500刀。可是500哪里够修车啊？
我该怎么办？ |

有些州对这项保险额有最低要求。
$50,000/$100,000 - 一次事故保险公司最多付$50,000 per person， $100,000 total
per incident。
保多少要看自己的财产额。如果你的房子值$500,000, 遇到事故要陪$400,000，以上面
的数字为例，保险公司只陪$100,000，你自己要陪$300,000.
假如你的财产额（房子加投资，存款）在$500,000以上，应该考虑买一百万“雨伞保险
”，以防不测。
第三对数字似乎有误，要么deductable不同。 |

了差不多三万块。我从未有过违章或者事故。后来我不和他住了，买保险时发现
collision这一项比原来高很多（liability倒是差不多）。而且奇怪的是，每次我在网
上做quote时，系统会同时把我的车和他的车找出来，然后问那些车要参保。请问，有
没有可能我的驾驶记录已经受到影响了？去哪查询呢？

is confirmed to be at fault for the accident.
If the other person is at fault, their insurance would pay progressive back
and get your deductible back。
这里没有明确，我自己支付的deductible费用，是我自己还是我的保险公司，想对方保
险公司索要。
我打算等到周一，如果对方保险仍然没音讯，那么我就直接联系我的claim agent，先
走我自己的policy让我的公司维修，早点修好车子，大冬天的，下雪没车不是要命啊？

我朋友说progressive的维修服务还是不错的，毕竟是大公司。而且他们公司有自己的
service center，相当于4S维修店。
我现在担心的是租车。progressive的policy写的是rental reimbursement（$30一天，
max 30 days）。是不是先自己掏钱租车，车子修好之后，将租车费，找自己的保险来
报销，对吗？
claim agent已经下班了，只能下周才能得到答复。 |

自付＄500。我的保险说帮我要，但到现在也没要回来，对方就是不付。我的保险最后
也没办法，只能 close the case。估计额度太小，我的保险不愿再花精力去打官司，对
方保险也吃定我了，知道上班族耗不起。（小额法庭可能要出几次庭，请一天的假就多
于500了。）
对了，我的保险是 sefeco，对方是 nation wide。

scratches和一些大卵狗黑色油漆。大卵狗怎么样我们也不知道，车祸后一直没下车，
全部是警察搞定的。
警察来后断定老莫全责，开了报告。于是回家后给AAA打电话报了保险。等了一周没消
息，再打电话说我们的保险不cover，AAA给对方的access american打电话查不到对方
保险。问AAA，他说可能对方伪造了保险。现在AAA也没办法，只能再去警察的报告，如
果报告上对方的policy一样也没人cover我的修车费了
各位大神，现在的情况如何是好啊？ |

关于GEICO：我理解是GEICO在美国分片区的，我自己也是GEICO,我们这个区发生了什么
事他们从来不update, 当然我自己是6个月直接付清，我同学刚来美国没多久所以不太
清楚这些。GEICO现在说我们早就给你发信件了说取消你的policy,但他们也只是说我们
发了，没有任何证据说发过信。。（有一个朋友用permit买的GEICO，然后三个月后取
消了，也没吭声。。）
现在的问题是这事已经发生了，上来也是求各位指教怎么能把损失降低。我们也知道自
