and some states have 100% homestead exemption. so your house can never be
claimed as liability of any kind.
some other states' houses are really cheap. No need umbrella...
Only if
(1) you have an expensive house
and
(2) you have a large equity on that house
and
(3) homestead exemption can't cover the equity

个小区所有房屋的建筑部分以及公共区域（例如路，小公园，草地等），只有极少数
Master Insurance连建筑部分也不保而需要户主自己单独购买。但是申请贷款银行还会
要求户主购买HO6 insurance policy也就是保房屋内部的improvements也就是personal
property的保险。这个HO6 insurance就是您自己要单独再买的Homeowner Insurance
，一般insurance agent都做。

STD,保险应该付顺产6周，剖腹产8周期间60%的工资。
我的问题是如果这个6周里面我用自己的假期还从公司那里拿钱，那保险还会付这个60%
的工资钱吗？ 我问了公司联系的保险的agent,他很肯定的说保险不管你是不是从公司
拿钱，都会pay这个钱的，不过我有印象听别人说过是用完自己的vacation time以后保
险才会付钱。所以比较不确定了。不知道有没有用过这个保险的妈妈们说一下经验啊？

1/1去买了3盒奶粉用了3张$5 off的check和3张$2 off的coupon.拿了$15GC.
然后第二天1/2号想再屯点奶粉和尿布，付钱时被告知不能送$30, 买多少都只能送$
15GC, 而且一个transaction只能用一张check，而且check和coupon不能叠用，说
policy改了！
打算今天换个店试试
