。。。楼上 scraper 所提出的，远古原始旧生物的短链 DNA 复制，也许是先完全解旋
，然后两个53酶各自跑到 69 口交姿势的两个脑袋处开始口，这个是完全 plausible
的一种情况。（当然 plausible 不一定就意味着历史上发生，都是假说）。。。因为
跑两头口总之比搞两个对称酶简单，符合原始简单生物 USB drive 太小的做派。
但这里有个问题是，解旋后的旧单链，远不如双旋的稳定，就是上面的第二类错误。。
。但这个第二类错误是有进化劣势的。。。也就是说，数学上绝代佳人的不可预见性
vs 数学上壮烈炮灰的可预见性。。。因为绝代佳人你也不知道人明年生了个九胞胎一
记重拳秒杀拼图姐，但壮烈了炮灰挂了就一百万年也不可能赢拼图姐了。
而从这个角度说，降低解旋后旧单链的长度（也就是单链存在时间），是一种需要的进
化优势。。。这样部分 on-demand 解旋而不是完全解旋，就变得顺理成章 plausible。

predictable。
这就是为啥大学入学通常不会看小学竞赛，因为人是要看将来，需要 predictable。又
不是要研究历史。
而以满分为标准拉线的问题，不仅 predictable 不行，连 repeatable 都是不小的问

大，跨度时间太长，更重要的是，control group 没法做，ethically 你不能把娃当傻
子养，而不同 group 的变化因子太多。
但是这并不是说不能进行统计分析找 plausible 的结论。毕竟统计学不是简单的堆砌
数字，否则是纯数学而不是 science。
我在我娃小学低年级到高年级转换期间，在 www 上看过很多。我觉得对我而言，结论
是非常 plausible 的。（当然你不一定要 buy it）。
但是如果现在简单一搜的话，大部分文章是浅谈，找其后面的 plausible 的分析并不
容易。我的确没时间再找一遍。 |

首先的假设是：DNA 双旋结构，最初不是为了复制而进化出来的。最初是为了对抗 RNA
的不稳定性，而进化出来的更稳定的结构。。。关于这个的 plausibility，我觉得有
RNA retro virus 的 RNA reverse transcription 机制可以说明。这个我单田芳下贴
再说，这里先承认这个假设。
如果承认以上假设，那在原始古代 DNA 有进化出复制的进化压力时，首先的进化压力
是提高复制正确率。。。这是因为根据热力学信息熵增加原理，复制出错（熵增大）是
理所当然，复制不错（熵减小）才是奇迹。。。原始古代 DNA 刚进化出复制两条的能
力，那 coding 一定是一堆 bug 没跑。。。
（当然生物学大牛们可能会问，复制不错为啥是 “熵减小” 而不是 “熵不变”？。
。。这个问题数学上是 trivial，因为从一条有序变成两条有序，有序更多了，熵当然
是减小了。。。当然 trivial 的问题也会被问到，所以还是提一下，以免认为没有想

间就多了
那么多deep learning 专家。
如果中国科学家不改变这种跟风，赶潮流的态度，恐怕离科技强国还有很遥远的距离。
中国总是不缺乏获得自然科学一等奖却被发现什么鸟东西都不是的院士，和拿了诺贝尔
奖然而凭
不上院士的科学家。一个可以靠数数(论文)来评奖的体系，如何能期望鼓励产出原始创
新。
看他的论文，3-4年前还没有开始做deep learning，真正开始做deep learning来应用
到CV也就是
近2-3年的事情，2015年已经灌了101篇已发表论文了。就算说手底下有众多硕士博士，
但这
个频率也是够令人震惊(2天一篇?)，估计邮箱里光论文发表的相关邮件就能把他忙死吧
，还有什
么时间来研究deep learning？如果这都是2－3年就是专家，那专家的成本也未免太低
了点。
抛开民族仇恨不谈，中国的这些科学工作者真该向日本的科学家学习学习，能够耐的住

了无数时间 recreated the scenario in a controlled environment。也就是说，
brain relentlessly create mental images and process them。
第二点值得注意的时候，每次在那句著名的 “plausible? or busted.” 的时候，每
个人都表达他/她的观点。也就是说，our brain neuros "vote" for a final say,
but not necessarily based on simple majority, and not necessarily 100%

As someone who has been critical of what I have perceived as the media’s
rush to judgment against Joe Paterno in the Jerry Sandusky scandal, I was
very eager to hear the results of the report by former FBI director Louis
Freeh. My primary concern through all of this is that the case against
Paterno for knowingly protecting a pedophile had not yet been truly proven.
