合成橡胶（其实应该叫硬化橡胶？hard rubber）做单簧管不错的，pro 的
哨头大多是 hard rubber 的。hard rubber 的特性跟乌木很接近了，加工
性也好（加工性不好就不容易保持大规模生产的质量，毕竟俺们不需要买昂
贵的精品手工的）。管乐器其实主要靠空气柱的震动，倒是 Yamaha 之类的
student level 常常用 ABS plastic 的，这个我感觉还是有一点点怀疑，
毕竟我还没有看见有人论证 ABS plastic 跟乌木物理特性的相似性，而且
用 ABS plastic 做的哨头通常都是低档哨头，中高档的基本都是
hard rubber 的。 |

我曾经试过多种办法提没有降解（用Bio-Rad or Agilent Bioanalyzer测integrity or
quality (RNA Integrity Number (RIN) by Agilent or RNA Quality Index (RQI)
by Bio-Rad)，不是仅仅用Nanodrop测RNA integrity or quality）的total RNA，然后
做microarray．
1.液氮研磨：RNA quality好，可以做microarray，但是麻烦和太慢（原因你应该知道
）。
２. Glass tissue homogenizer: it didn't work for me to grind tissue in
Trizol in ice bucket with ice, although my tissue was thin and tiny.
Bioanalyzer showed RNA degradation.It's also low through-put.

There are two phases in TPE---rubber and plastics. The phase of plastics act
as the crosslinking points.
The only possibility for your case is: Tg of the rubber phase in TPE is 150C.
Tg of the plastics phase in TPE is much higher than 150C. When T>150C, this
material is a TPE (rubbery); When T<150C, this material is in glass state. |

不看不知道，一看吓一跳。
因为海洋环流的关系，全球的海洋垃圾都聚在一起，成为一个垃圾带。垃圾带有东和西
两个较为密集的垃圾圈，西面的在日本东南面，东面的在美国跟夏威夷之间。两个垃圾
圈统称“great pacific garbage patch”（大太平洋垃圾带）。
其中东面的垃圾圈较大，情况更为严重。很多垃圾已经化成微粒沉在水下，密密麻麻地
跟海洋融为一体。之前不少国家都有将垃圾扔在深海的习惯，他们认为海洋有一套神秘
的系统，能够将垃圾“消化”掉。海洋或者有这个净化功能，可是当污染速度超过净化
速度，海洋是无法消化掉。再加上人工化学合成品不同于生物，是很难很难完全消化掉。
更可怕的是垃圾对生物的威胁和损害。不少乌龟、鱼类、哺乳类动物，被垃圾困住，长
成畸形，肚子里塞满垃圾而死。

更何况，罗永浩（以后打“老罗”吧，省事）开始是问“对事实真相有洁癖”的方舟子
（省去先生，省事）为什么打假双重标准，没人针对刘菊花。方舟子从始至终都没有回
答这个问题，而是反复表示谁打（假）他老婆，他就报复谁。
