The main function of a router is to route IP packets, and it doesn't not
look into layer above IP when it does this job, that is why the book
says router doesn't have TCP and other upper layers. But this is the stroy
of data-plane. A router also has control-plane, which is used to exchange
routing information, build route table, etc. TCP/UDP certainly exists in
control-plane.

是lambdaa/2，reference to carrier。所以信号传到mono pole天线上能发射出去。如
果你的ground只是普通的spur或者noise，ground plane不是天线，发射不出去。假如
ground plane上恰好有同carrier的noise，那么通过couple到mono pole天线，可以发
射出去。但是通常，电路板上有很多隔离或者bypass cap，高频信号会被滤掉.或者这
种coupling本来就非常微弱。(假如通过电容coupling，ground plane的电容比mono
pole天线的电容会大许多，所以signal injected到ground plane，然后couple 到天线
非常非常小)
不是任何信号都可以通过天线发射出去的，要不然设计个屁的天线
再回来澄清一些问题：
1，没错，手机里很多信号是 differential 的，但是最后一级的放大器是 single-
