经过上课和自己琢磨了很多youtube上的swing vision，终于发现并改正我的最大的问
题。
问题出在：
1.swing plane: 我的backswing离开了swing plane（1-plane），然后down swing的时
候就不容易回到正确的plane上来。是造成缺乏consistency的最大原因。
2.extension: 右肩（我是左撇子）在击球瞬间及followthrough的时候倾向于抬高而不
是保持在swing plane上，造成extension的时候的lag(是这么叫吧)甚至没有full
extension，球会或者slice，或者topspin.
3.trying too hard。这也是2的直接原因之一。
最近一直在改这几个毛病，效果不错。尤其是那个向往很久的back spin弹道曲线也出来了。

if you hit the ball using the swing plane of take-away, u'll feel u are
gonna slice it.. or u feel ur club face is gonna be open at the contact. so
u change ur downswing plane to be a better position you feel ur club face
should be square position.

minute, entertaining videos clips. Excellent fundmentals that apply to most
amature golfers. He does not emphasize on one-plane or two-plane swing. But
I think he is a two-plane guy. For one-plane swing, check Chuck's rotary

Hardy 的理论把两个词汇给彻底毁了。他所谓的one plane，two plane swing应该叫
one axis ，two axis swing。他的说法引起极大的混乱。
虽然理论上说平面移动的程度越小越容易回归，但是pro基本上都是大幅度平面移动的
swing，包括tiger等。只有matt和hogan的range比较小。
我自己发现大range平面移动时候打的球比较实，也远也直。可能小range的backswing
手更靠后方，其实更难准确回归。我只是猜测，具体什么原因没琢磨透。
Hogan在五课里也讲到这个问题，即downswing plane比backswing plane要斜要偏右。
他其实讲得不完全对，那只是平面回归给人的一种感觉。所以很多人说hogan的书很多
错误，要看你怎么读，如果只是生硬地照搬，确实对初学者有时有反作用。
moe norman的swing最接近single plane swing。但是为什么没有人学他，是不是因为
不优美的缘故？ golf比较是一项白人展现所谓高雅和风度的运动。所以才有那么多礼
仪和框框条条。 |

就是腰弯的很低，这样shoulder turn plane就会很陡。如果是比较upright的站姿就不
可能做到不碰墙。我想他可能是想让大家体会更陡的上杆，这样的好处是下杆容易drop
，容易打出in-side-out的swing.一个例子就是Jim Furyk.不过那是2 plane swing, 如
果你是one-plane swing的话就没必要练这个。 |

还有点是take back loop in one plane. 这样的swing path 是在最放松的情况下达
到最节近路线。整个take back loop都在 x-y plane. 很多wsn的发球都会从x-y plane
开始，变成x-z plane,再回到x-y plane... 这样你会loose time-->fell rushed....
这个比较难describe, 不知道我有没有说清楚。
很多时候，你其实是时间充足，但你的brian tells you other wise, so in a way
you have to trick your brain. 练习时你可以试试空挥， 要有抛球动作但不要抛球
， 顺了些后，再把抛球加进去但不要打球， 最后再把全部动作放 进去。 如果不顺了
，再从头开始。。。need patience and discipline.... (下半身先不要动，保持稳定)

backhand grip, 而Wawrinka的 grip, 要从 full eastern backhand grip 朝
continental grip位置稍微移一点点 (我之前在另一个贴上提过, 不过说倒了, 现在纠
正一下)
他们两的准备动作都差不多(图二), 左手扶拍,右臂稍弯,怎个右肩都转了过来.
接下来就不同了, Federer racquet drop 后, 拍面会对back fence, 而Wawrinka 以及
其他单反的pros 拍面都对着side fence (图三). 这也是我认为Federe反手问题所在之
一, 其他pro 会拍路线基本是linear plane (let's call that plane y plane), 而
federer却得先从 x plane 拉到 y plane 在开始forward swing. 总结Federer多一个
motion, 丢了些time.

照相机的像素，就是ccd sensor的数量，这个没什么好说的。每个ccd element就像一
个计数器，他的功能就是数有多少电子（光子，根据光电效应）在其中。。。
CCD的尺寸确实因为品牌不同而不同，但绝对不会有1平方寸和10平方寸那么远的差距。
我并不是狠确定那些厂家是否自己生产ccd，我猜想应该都是买的。如果你能证明每个
厂家都自己产ccd，我会狠吃惊。。。
没错，resolution是那么定义的。但不要忘记，beam optics是可逆的，也就是说，在
objective plane上的一点，要对应image plane上的一点，反之亦然。 当image plane
上两点之间间距小于diffraction limit所定义的尺寸（由diffraction limit(degree)

厂商来决定正确的搭配和选材，正如汽车厂商要确定轮胎和发动机的搭配一样。
成像质量，特别是低光条件下的成像质量，跟CCD的full-well capacity还是很有关系
的，而full-well capacity跟CCD表面积直接相关，另外CCD的灵敏度还跟back-
illumination相关，虽然这个很少用在consumer级别的产品上。
另外，现在的CMOS芯片应用很广了，佳能的好几代产品都是CMOS主打了，CCD一统天下

plane提供的版本可以很清楚的听出来是“单”，方舟子的版本类似于“dai或者da”。
plane声称他只做了降噪和放大，并且取的音频时间较长。plane提供了链接下载某些音
频分析工具，以供确认。plane指控方舟子的版本切取了“单”音的约2/3，故此产生了
歪曲结果。
