consequence of plagiarism.
What's non-standard, at least I think so, is that the instructor asked you
to send the draft and treated the draft as the final version regarding
plagiarism. If you were not required to submit a draft for grading, then
this practice sounds pretty much like a trap.
It would be nice if the instructor emphasizes the consequences of plagiarism

你的观点有问题。plagiarism不是这个老师应该教给你的，这是common sense。就像来
这个学校学习，第一次考试，你抄袭了，你不可以怨学校没有教育你不能抄袭。在美国
，plagiarism = cheating，从小就这样教育的。你的律师可以argue你在中国没有受过
这样的教育，可是你在美国接受过高等教育，有硕士学位，你没有理由说你不知道这样
做的后果。
还有一事论一事，那个教授说的对，他抄袭和你的case没有关系。两码事，他抄了，不
等于你抄就是对的。你抄的证据在那摆着，你没法翻案，还是move on吧。 |

Berstein博士于1984年发表的“On Defining a Scientific Theory: Creationism

，在亦明公开爆光之际，方舟子慌了手脚，半夜起来修改公布在网络上的剽窃作品，生
硬地加入Root-Berstein教授的名字，以掩盖自己抄剽的事实。
这不是方舟子第一次被人指控剽窃，因此方舟子依仗自己惯常的绞辩伎俩以及中国国内

很明显舟子在以前的邮件中承认过部分剽窃（抗议说绝不会超过50%），但很快意识到
问题，改变策略开始纠缠剽窃的定义，其实就算是有99%的相同舟子肯定真心认为必然
不是剽窃，因为还是有1%的不同嘛，哈哈。
和舟子打笔战网战毫无意义，因为没有裁判而舟子有丰富的弱智术（注：通过撒泼装傻
降低对方智商到自己同一水平）经验且有相当的话语权。将他送上法庭是最好的斗争策
略，没有之一。

non-standard practice:
1. Syllabus or instruction does not imply all the work needs to be added
referece;
2. I sent him a pre-draft before this 1st draft via email without any reference; he accepted it and comments it without mentioning any reference part;
3. First and second draft will only used to add comments instead of grading.
Only the 3rd one do;
