还是这么半死不活的混着。
CIN OL丢失两员大将，不看好Mixon能够掩盖OL的问题。John Ross的上限是Cooks，但
是不是今年。防守组马马虎虎。好消息是这个赛季的赛程比较容易
CLE 如果今年赢6场求大家不要惊讶，front office休赛期间的操作堪称完美，选秀A+
水准。只差一个番茄汁QB重建就要完成了。
PIT 如果ben+bell+ab+mb的bbbb组合一个赛季都健康的话拿到bye不成问题。能够在主
场操翻任何一只球队。可是客场呢？

AJ，不看好，虽然没有看过比赛，但赢得都是些谁啊。SF/BAL都是5/11。
没有说服力。
PIT最后关头韧性性不错，NFL季后赛这种看似跌跌撞撞的球队往往状态更好，而且面对
笨狗有心理优势。
只要HC不要脑残call，PIT周六应该拿下了。 |

Kimi was the first to finish refueling and got out of Ferrari pit, but due
to BMW pit in front of Ferrari, Kubica got close to kimi and almost drove
parallel. From the look-down camera,it was clear that Kimi and Kubica slowed the
speed and almost stopped behind the white line waiting for the green light just
before Hamilton hit Kimi, and then came Roseberg. Due to insider camera of

想起了你的帖子。
ALO/HAM都有失误，pit stop的时候。当时眼看alo就要
第3的时候，结果自己失误，再次想起你的帖子。哈哈。
要是稳一点，未来10圈在15号弯之前用DRS肯定能超。DRS
的力量太大了，那真是子弹在飞啊，不含糊的。
恩，正赛的时候，速度差不多，某种程度上还要快点。是
不是DRS呢，排位赛的时候，DRS可以随便用，所以只要是
直道，都在用DRS。
我就想不通，为啥排位赛能落后一秒，话说这两站,alo起
步运气也不太好。
法拉利策略还不错，第一阶段让alo在外头跑（这就是排位
赛Q3的时候只跑暖胎+计时的好处？），pit stop之后，位
置居然上到but之后。
恩，下个礼拜上海站:)继续熬夜看。 |

发帖数: 1980 | 17 原来一直以为只有PR的成绩和PACE才会真正另自己开心，昨天的比赛，非常意外的发现
，原来任何PACE都可以让你开心，让你快乐让你high，说不清楚到底为什么，也许是我
的endorphin released比较多，比自己PR慢一个小时，居然可以跑的如此之开心，如
此之high，一直high到现在，i am just so happy,i can't help!!!
这种感觉简直帅呆了！
一路跑的非常放松，心跳一直都在150以下，所以今天心脏的感觉和CIM之后的那种虚弱
是完全不一样的。
感谢老天所有的坡都在前半程爬完了，如果坡在后半称那我大概要DNF了。
第一次看到了Oakland hills的豪宅，第一次比赛带了手机；第一次比赛的时候要上洗
手间；第一次比赛吃了如此之多的gu和chew和乱七八糟的以至于跑完到家一称居然比跑
前重两磅；第一次跑步的时候发短信，而且发了6-7个；第一次跑比赛一路听着自己的
音乐；一切都非常美好，很开心能顺利跑完全程，很幸运没有撞墙；很开心又拿到一次
全马的经验。
回家后立即去按摩2小时，今天感觉还不错。

个我不100%确定）。钱直接在check-in的时候交给US，具体收多少要看US的规定，可以
打电话问他们。应该是按照国际段收。

PEK出发是1月10号，考虑到时差，到LAX也应该是1月10号。continental发给我的email
里面居然写的是11号才到lax，飞行时间38小时。我到他们的官网上去查，写的也是10
号到，不理解为什么email里写错了。
还有一个问题，我通过continental买的票。行程如下
1月10号 PEK->LAX
1月18号 LAX->EWR->PIT
2月4号 PIT->ORD->PEK
现在我在continental的网上查到的行程是对的，但是在united的网上查到的行程缺少
了LAX->EWR这一段， 这一段的航班是CO1197 (UA1197)。
我打电话问united，客服一开始也说没看到 LAX->EWR 这一段，然后又说找到了，在我
的行程单上，同一个确认号码。挂了电话后发现还是没有，求指点... |

卖家说rear element has coating damage 和pitting，说卖了好久没人搭理。 我拿起
来瞅了一眼，有几个形状不规则的小黑点，不透光， 基本否定了pitting和coating
damage。 一口价拿下。
回家上放大镜上瞅了一眼，看着像是paint residue，估计是蹭了什么东西一下，上nikon镜头水抚摸了一下， 新的一样。。。
翻出来个原产hood和leather pouch， 可以当新的卖了。。。 |
