Dough:
1. 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
2. 1 tablespoon white sugar
3. 1 cups warm water (110 degrees F)
4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
5. 1 tablespoon salt
6. 3 cups all-purpose flour
所有的东西混和在一起，让在暖和的烤箱内发面，大概1个多小时就可以了。
我把面分成2块，作了一大一小的两个crusts。
1－BBQ Chicken Pizza
topping：
1 一小罐pineapple chunks，1 teaspoon minced gralic, 适量鸡胸脯肉切钉后， 一
起腌渍，放冰箱内等到用时取出。
2.dough上涂BBQ sauce，然后在把菠萝，鸡肉放上，然后洒上mazzralla cheese, 喜欢
的话，可以多洒一些。LG 不喜欢，MM 怕吃胖，所以我放了很少。最后洒一些香菜，就

好久没写烘焙的美食日记了，前几天朋友过生日，想着做个蛋糕送给他。无奈家里除了
一个菠萝罐头和基本的几样烘焙原料以外什么都没有，时间紧急又无法出去采购，就地
取材能做的就只有菠萝反转蛋糕了。没有奶油，也没有别的装饰，作为一个生日蛋糕它
确实寒碜了点儿，哈哈。不过自己在家小茶会之类的时候吃吃还是挺fancy的~ 坑爹的
是匆忙之中忘了熬焦糖，菠萝也叠反了，本可以卖相更好的。
【小觅近庖厨】
不喜欢吃质地太厚重的蛋糕，所以蛋糕体还是用的戚风胚，仍然用的那个屡试不爽的戚
风胚方子。

那首歌基本就是一个黑道打扮的大叔假装手里拿着东西然后一直在“笔菠萝苹果笔”(Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen)地循环唱。
总的来说，就是一首内容空洞毫无意义的歌。但有没有意义其实不重要，关键人家够魔性，凭这一点，这首歌就从日本一下子红遍了全世界的社交网络。
唱这首歌的大叔在日本国内平时被大家称为PIKO太郎，是搞笑艺人古板大魔王创建的一个喜剧形象。这个喜剧形象的标准造型就是穿着超级花的丝质衬衫加豹纹围巾，梳大背头戴墨镜留小胡子，走夸张的舞台黑道范儿。
歌火了之后很多媒体去采访他，问他怎么想到这首歌的。他的回答是，有一天吃水果的时候想到了这组顺口溜，于是就自己在电脑上完成了整首歌和MV的制作。如果看他的YouTube的频道，就会发现他一直在发各种自己写自己制作的歌，不过大部分都是日文的。

Ingredients:
2 oz golden Rum
2 oz coconut cream
4 oz pineapple juice
3 ice cubes
Pineapple stick for garnish
Maraschino cherry for garnish
Directions:
Combine ice and all ingredients but the garnish into a cocktail shaker
and shake until foamy. Strain and serve in highball glasses over
crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple and cherry. |

½ cup Dole’s orange, pineapple & banana juice
(may use plain pineapple juice)
½ cup milk: coconut, soy, rice, whole or skim

，吃过的都明白），卖相很好凤梨芯也一点都不硬，不用泡盐水超级甜一丁点都不涩嘴
。我在美国买了各种pineapple，只有一个在sprouts买的golden pineapple在我放到快
坏掉的时候最接近这个味道，但是依然不如我在国内买的好吃。剩下在美国买的感觉全

本人现在在美国读master，今年12月想去日本看女朋友（女朋友也在日本读master）。
日本大使馆的人告诉我，由于我没有在美国的收入，所以无论申请旅游或探亲签证都要
找一个在日本的担保人。这个担保人还不能是学生，即使不是日本人至少也得是得有稳
定工作的人。我想请教大家两个问题：
1.我这种情况是不是一定要担保人，我自己出示财产证明难道就不能去日本旅游吗？
2.如果我在日本转机回国，但美国签证已经到期，持有效中国护照能停留几天。
