我真是手欠,看见情人节的巧克力90%OFF,就忍不住买了一小盒,又忍不住吃了一个。
其实我根本不爱吃巧克力,只是买了,不吃好象对不起巧克力似的。CHIPS也是这样。
我要发愤了。明天来点狠的,晚上只吃萨拉,这周要每天运动泡澡,把堆积的碳水去掉

这周西柚便宜,买了一包。每天都吃一些。今天看看西柚的营养成分,发现还是减肥圣品。据说有某某酶可促进脂肪燃烧。还发现了个西柚减肥餐。除了每顿有西柚外,吃的东西和我差不多,那我就每天吃一个西柚。
有兴趣地可以看一下.只是一个参考la, 关键是健康饮食加运动。

今天上当了,看着公司的Hot food 蛮健康的,就要了一份。吃完后一查,哎呀呀,一
个fish pie就400。这一份就大概800卡了,吃得我直犯困。晚上劳工下厨,不吃
不好意思,今天就超大了。好不容易减的一点,肯定明天又没了。

谢谢!觉得pilates比较适合我,容易坚持也不受天气影响。虽然消耗的热量不多,但
做完觉得很放松。

昨天吃得比较少,又洗了一个精油减肥澡,好象还行。今天打算继续少吃,多动,泡澡,早睡觉。肥肉快快走。
有些菜的热量真低,吃一大堆才100卡不到。看来选择食物也是很有讲究的。

这几天是在三日减肥餐上加减的,免得自己不知道量。最近稍微研究了一下健康饮食。

前三天坚持得不错,终于又掉了一点。今天吃饭的时候不停地提醒自己要控制住,不要放松。还是买了一个小的fruit tart奖励自己,把水果和cheese filling吃了,饼皮咬 了两口,仍了。没想到的是salad 里的couscous的热量也很高,1/3 cup就有220 卡。今天的热量可能会超。看来晚上只能吃蔬菜了。甜品还是不能碰啊。

新妈妈在此。你说的都对,我现在是每天晚上九点半后做45分钟以上的Pilates,周
末去打一次羽毛球,和劳工带宝宝去。
天气暖的话,去跑步。宝宝通常7点才醒,我可以6:00到6:45分跑。
