发帖数: 15396 | 8 这个钙磷比问题我刚开始喂raw的时候也问过。不过我担心的是钙不够,lol..在查资料过程中，我有看到一个理论是说光看有多少钙没有用，因为不是所有
钙的化合物都很容易被吸收，化合物有calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, etc.容
易被狗吸收的是calcium phosphate。也是骨头里面的"主要"成分.
这个10%骨头其实不是根据狗粮推荐的钙磷比算出来的。而是因为一般的prey身体组成
是5-10% organs，10-15% edible bones，80-85% muscle meat (and the rest of the
critter。这些生物的体内钙磷比又是最均衡的(差不多1:1)，所以才会有8:1:1的说法。 |

edible的.不过不吃不edible的骨头, 那不是没有吃到prey完全的均衡营养成分了么.
Calcium phosphate里钙磷元素molar比例是3:2,这个没法balance钙磷比,所以还是要看
多少其他钙化合物能被吸收了.

10岁公猫, 6个月前 得过尿道堵塞,吓死了全家人, 目前没有重新发过.
(1)现在是全部吃罐头.
(2)VET叫我们吃science diet, 他不碰.
(3)换来换去, 他喜欢吃friskie 的 鱼罐头, 上面标有 urinary health formula.....
(4)研究后了解到 friskie 罐头质量差, 但是幸运的是尿道病没有复发, 这也是我们现
在的底线了.

Nitrite is still off the chart.
The water evaporation is too fast, had to add distilled water to the tank
everyday. Added a DIY glass lid to the tank to reduce the water evaporation.
pH: 8.0
ammonia: ~0 ppm
nitrite: 5+ppm
nitrate: ---ppm
calcium: ---ppm
phosphate: ---ppm
temperature: 79F
salinity: 1.024
added more ammonia to rise its concentration to ~1 ppm |

Nitrite started to drop quickly, tank cycling close to the end? So fast (my
fresh water tank took two –three weeks to finish)? Will run for a couple of
more days to confirm.
Added one more dry rock into the tank.
Mixed 5 gallon fresh salt water for water change after the cycling, and the
tank will be ready to host fish (planned a pair of ocellaris clown fish to
start with). The water evaporation was reduced quite a bit with the glass
lid.

前两天终于迎来了两条小丑鱼: Fancy Ocellaris clownfish, 比一般的Ocellaris颜色
要更红一些， 黑条纹更深更宽。外加两只cerith snail 和三只nassarius snail 用作
clean crew.
刚来的时候有点不适应新环境， 吃的比较少， 今天看着基本上放松了很多， 进食也
比较活跃。录像是他们在吃frozen mysis shrimp. 基本上也没有但心中的打架发生，
两条鱼还比较亲近， 现在晚上host在鱼缸的右下角过夜。
Nassarius snail 状态不是很好， 买的时候就有点犹豫。现在只有一只到处跑， 其他
两只从来不动。在等一两天， 不行就只能扔了。
Cerith snail挺有意思的， 一只到处跑， 另一只把自己埋在沙子里一动不动， 把它
挖出来立刻又钻进去。先不管它了， 看它能藏到什么时候。
准备再进两三只 hermit crab, 然后进一些软体珊瑚， 一只 skunk cleaner shrimp,

3.如果我用fluorescence,560(excitation)/590(emmision), 实验室没有560德filter,
能用530的代替吗？我用530/590，但是得出的数值只有~60，我做cell proliferation
study,觉得很诡异，manual上都是2000/10，000cells.

最简单的几个问题：
1）由Arsenic构成的DNA/RNA系统，转录翻译有何不同
2）ATP被ATA取代？
3）信号传递系统是否不同？
4）代谢系统，包括酶系统是怎么构成的？
5）细胞如何繁衍？
6）Arsenic 系统和 phosphate 系统之间可否融合？
...
太多太多问题需要解决。
